I called the shop and explained to them the electrical issue l was having with my truck. I told the lady on the phone. All the parts I had replaced and still was receiving a check engine light. I also told her I didn't want to come to the shop and be charged for services that I had already completed on the truck. She told me I would not be charged if the shop could not figure out the problem with the truck. 2 or 3 hours later, the problem could not be solved. And they needed to work on other vehicles. They needed more time, perhaps another day or two, but I didn't have it. Unfortunately, so I was not charged. I give these people a 5 star because they were true to their word. The staff was nice and friendly and the place was nice and clean. There's no doubt in my mind. They do good work there. My problem was just a bit more complicated because it was a wiring issue. If you want your vehicle repaired by good honest, hard-working people I would recommend you to go there.

I want to give a huge shoutout to Lenexa Automotive. Last Friday I was coming home from working a night shift and my car started acting up, making a really loud noise and not accelerating. I drove it to this shop and they were more than accommodating. They went out of there way to get the car in quickly knowing I had worked all night. They diagnosed the problem and even sent me pictures of the parts and explained to me throughly what the issues were. After finding out a part they needed wouldn’t be in until the next week, the owner of the shop allowed me to borrow a vehicle to drive home and keep it until they had my car fixed. I am so very grateful for their professionalism and quick service they provided. Truly recommend this shop for any of your future vehicle needs. Honest, very reasonable prices and outstanding customer service! I can’t thank you guys enough!

Great experience! Had some bolts that needed extraction on my trucks rear sway bar mount that broke. They did the job well and also replace the bolts on the other side. I didn’t even ask for that. Well done! Will be returning and thank you!

I genuinely do not recommend going to this auto shop. We had an oil change scheduled but had car trouble the day before and asked for a diagnostic as well as an oil change. They didn't do the oil change and charged us 160 diagnostic. Which I would consider fair price if it was an accurate diagnostic. I was told that my motor was junk and I would either need to buy a new motor or sell them my car as scrap. I brought it to someone else and my car needed 2 parts costing 300 dollars and required them to clear out the old coolant and oil then replace the fluids. Please please please if these mechanics recommend you selling your car to them as scrap get a second opinion. They either choose to not actually do a diagnostic or wanted to cheat me.
