Brought my Stihl MS170 in. Previous company I tried could not get it working properly. Todd had Dave(one of the techs take a look at it) He got it running after many pulls which was impressive. They suggested that I get the full service tune-up which I did. The chain saw is running great and starts up the way it did when it was new. I was a bit surprised that with this service the chainsaw was not cleaned. One other minor complaint-I called to see if it was ready after 10 days. It was ready after a week(which is a great turnaround). I was told they had not gotten around to calling me yet. I have already recommended Maisch to a couple of my friends and I will use them again.

This is the only place I will bring my small engine equipment to for repairs or maintenance. Very knowledgeable and efficient even during busy season.

Very good people to work with. While it did end up taking several more days to get my mower back than originally estimated, the repair seems to be sound. Will go back if I need to.

We use Maisch to service our snow blower every winter. They pick up the machine and drop it off once service is done. We love this service and know that our snow blower will work as expected each winter.

I used to live very close to Maisch, found them randomly. Now we live outside of De Soto, but I will forever be a life long customer. These guys are experts in their field, and NEVER do something not needed or made up repairs like so many other shops do. I brought in a blower I couldn't get to start/run correctly they took the time to look at it, and realized that it was operator error, had me come in and educated me the correct way to start and run. No charge. I felt that gesture very respectable. Highly recommend!!!

Went in with a weed eater issue. Put it on the counter. Todd was working and asked me what the issue was. I gave him my hypotheses. He immediately unscrewed the head and fixed the problem. So I told him I had one more thing for him to look at ( my chain saw) which he did and fixed that as well.Todd, thank you for going above and beyond.Won't be forgotten.

my honda generator had been sitting unused for a couple of years and wouldn’t start without shooting starter fluid in it and leaving the choke on. After Maisch took care of it, it now starts every time on first pull and runs like a dream.

All the employees at Maisch small engine repair are very helpful and extremely friendly. Kate at the front desk always has a smile for you and Todd, who manages the business, is extremely helpful and capable of taking care of any problems that you may have with your machinery.
