Very good service. For $54.57 (with a coupon from the mail), I got a full synthetic oil change, inspection, and topped off fluids. They only do full synthetic oil which is great, and of course comes with inspection & topping fluids. They also send you a link via text which shows you a bunch of photos for proof of what was inspected -- for example, one of the photos was my air filter so I can visually see for myself how dirty it was. Great location where you're within a 2 minute walk to lots of places. Jeremy was very knowledgeable and professional. Christian was great as well. I called ahead and asked Christian if I could get an oil change if I got there in 10 minutes and he said yes. Got a text an hour later that they were finished including photos and what else needed fixing with photos. Will definitely be back for my next oil change again if they send me another oil change coupon. Highly recommend over any other place for their quality service, speed, and value.

I scheduled an appointment for an oil change at this Meineke location first thing on a Saturday morning. I was on time for the appointment and was sitting in the waiting area. An hour later, the store manager came over with a sheet of paper with a new price quote, telling me they were unable to get the plastic cap off because it had seized and was stuck and they wouldn’t be able to remove it without breaking it, so they wouldn’t need to replace the cap with an aluminum one for $140 bringing the total with the oil change to an absolutely ridiculous $270. This sounded off to me as no one has EVER had issues with this before when performing an oil change on my car. I told her I hadn’t budgeted to spend that and would need to figure something else out. They pulled my car around and gave me my keys and I left. I went straight over to a Jiffy Lube not far away and explained the situation. They said they would take a look and if they were unable to remove the cap, they could just replace it with another plastic one. They started performing the oil change and they had ZERO problems removing the cap. If the cap was seized on there as Meineke claimed, why was Jiffy Lube able to remove it with no issues. Not only was my Saturday morning wasted at Meineke but if I had panicked or given into the pressure they were trying to apply, I would have been out an unnecessary $270. Being a single woman who doesn’t know anything about cars and dealing with places like Meineke when I need maintenance and repairs is so frustrating. I have had this scenario played out so many times where I take the car in for routine maintenance and I’m told there is something else wrong and they need me to pay more money to fix it. Thankfully I’ve become very skeptical and when they ask for more money, I never give in and always go get a second opinion and am more often than not told, it wasn’t true and didn’t need to be fixed or replaced. I will never return to this Meineke location or to any other. I don’t appreciate being treated this way as a single woman or having my time wasted. My advice would be, find somewhere else to take your car unless you like being unnecessarily charged for things that don’t need to be done on your car.

I brought my car in a year or so ago to have a nail in my tire looked at. It was unfortunately not in a location where it could be patched. My car has non-standard size tires that most shops don't carry, and they helped me find a shop that did so I could get it replaced. I didn't end up having to pay for the inspection since they weren't able to repair it! All the shop guys were pretty nice and chill too.

12/27/24 ordered tires from eBay from simpletire.com and had them delivered to this location. Called and verified they were received and verified installation cost already paid for through eBay simpletire.com with Manager and he verified it was all taken care of verified date and time install and drop off. Dropped vehicle off evening before and all was done next day received a text vehicle was ready. Josey and the Manager were great i will recommend them to my friends in the future. Thank you for being professional and honest automotive company.

I recently had the pleasure of working with the team at meineke, and I must say their service was exceptional. Specifically, they went above and beyond to assist me with programming my radio. From the moment I contacted them, they were incredibly responsive and attentive to my needs. The process was quick and efficient, and they took the time to ensure everything was set up perfectly. Their professionalism and attention to detail made the entire experience seamless, and I truly appreciate their dedication to getting the job done in a timely manner. I highly recommend meineke for their outstanding customer service and technical expertise!

I apologize for the length of this review but I believe it is important for everyone to know what kind of company Meineke really is.
I brought my car to Meineke for an oil change back in July. During the inspection they indicated that my rack and pinion was cracked and leaking and needed to be replaced. I did some research and talked to the shop and decided to do the repairs as the symptoms of a failing rack and pinion were similar to some symptoms I had been experiencing, and I thought they were trustworthy as they did a solid for me on a brake repair several months prior. I also drive for work and need safe transportation.
Meineke performed the repair the next week, and I then had an alignment done at another repair shop that I have a lifetime alignment with.
A couple weeks after the work was done I noticed my car did not turn right as far as it used to nor as far as I can turn to the left. After some back and forth between the two repair shops that worked on my car I ended up taking it back to Meineke. They looked at it and told me the rack and pinion had failed and would be replaced again under warranty. However, they indicated that there is a subframe piece that needs to be removed to allow access to the rack and pinion and my subframe piece is extremely rusted (see the pictures) and they were worried that it could break if they removed it. I questioned why they never told me about the rusted member during the inspection and then again when they did the repairs. I also questioned why they removed it to do the repairs if they were worried it would break. The store manager didn't have an answer for me, and he indicated a new part would cost around $1,000 and a used one was hard to find as they were all rusted like mine. I told them if they had been transparent and honest with me I never would have had them do the repairs in the first place, and me having to pay additional money to rectify the situation was not acceptable. After several calls and visits to the store the manager indicated that all he could do is warranty out the failed part but nothing else. He passed my information on to his district manager, and after several conversations with him he doubled down on replacing the failed part was all they were willing to do. I expressed my frustration in Meineke's lack of communication and transparency and reiterated that I never would have had them do the repairs had I known that the member was that rusted nor did I think it was right that their only solution involved me paying more money. I asked for my money back and was told "that's not what we do" even though the district manager confirmed that the service tech and store manager verified the events happened as I said they did. He passed my contact information on to his director who never reached out to me.
I am now stuck with a car that is in worse shape than it was before Meineke worked on it and I am out a few thousand dollars. For being a company that answers the phone "where customers come first" there has been no attempt or effort by Meineke to rectify this situation for me or look out for my best interest. Since the last time I spoke with the district manager several weeks ago there has been no effort by Meineke to follow up with me either. There is also no way to contact corporate to report a complaint with one of their franchises which is also incredibly frustrating.
In summary, Meineke does not communicate with their customers about the actual condition of their car, they perform work without proper communication, and they will not refund your money when they are in the wrong. Please learn from my mistakes and avoid Meineke, or if you take your car there please have another mechanic provide a second opinion before Meineke does any repairs on your car.

EXCELLENT SERVICE!!! We were traveling from Denver to south Alabama and woke up with our battery dead, and we needed to get back on the road. Got a new battery, but Advanced Auto couldn't do it. Firestone was expensive and a long wait. Discount tire doesn't do batteries. But they made time for us even with them having people before us. Looking up the stuff for our vehicle, it said something about an hour to do our battery but did it in about 25 minutes and got us going again. Yall put gave me so much relief so I could get my family to our destination. Thank you so much, especially Jeremy and Ash. Thank you so very much, and God bless yall!
