I did not even notice the self check out area when I ran up to Michaels , having run out of items during a craft project. And, everybody who used the self checkout missed talked to an incredibly nice and helpful cashier named Ruben. When we were talking, he pointed out that Micheals does have flowerpots & saucers- those were the two things I thought I’d have to get somewhere else.
Now, I’m done shopping and thoroughly appreciate what Ruben does for Micheals and their customers!!! I don’t really like shopping but I’ll definitely go back to THIS Micheals.

Lady working the checkout was rude and seemed annoyed just being there. Prices are absolutely ridiculous if they aren't running a sale....same sized Canvas there was a third of the price at Hobby Lobby across the street.
