I wish they were open a little earlier, makes it easier for those of us who work full time. Otherwise, always get great service with a small town feel. Recently with one phone call to Josh our stressful and complicated transaction was executed flawlessly. Great customer service is hard to find these days! Thank you Josh!

The customer service can't be beat – everyone is extremely friendly and helpful. But one employee does not wear a mask. Seems like he'd show more respect and concern for his customers, especially when they are wearing masks.

I have been a long-time, loyal customer. Recently a check my wife wrote was posted twice, first as an internal memo, then again when the actual check posted. I first didn't recognize the internal memo debit on my online bank account so I called Customer Service. I was told they couldn't explain this charge, but not to worry because it would probably drop off. They were right about that. The internal memo disappeared, but not the debit to my account. So I called back, got bounced around, then referred to a supervisor. I provided her with a spreadsheet and my checkbook to prove my case. Now she won't return my calls. Poor customer service. Very disappointed.
