Very friendly and professional staff! I came in for new wiper blades. The person helping me asked questions like what price range and gave me all the options. He went back grabbed the new ones and then offered to install them! I was in and out with new wiper blades installed and everything, in less than 10 minutes!

The young man who replaced my battery was outstanding. He performed a check of battery and confirmed battery needed to be replaced. I previously went to another store not oreilys. Was advised battery was fine. Had a great experience at this O Reilys. Thank you!

Really clean inside the store, the employees are young, but the one I delta with today knew his stuff and helped us get our parts and had us on our way quickly.

Do NOT go to this location for any sort of Battery purchase or installation. I was told by the two individuals working on Sunday evening at 6pm that not only did they not have the equipment to install a new battery, just didn't want to complete the job.
I went down the street to an AutoZone location, who sold me a new battery and installed it with a simple socket wrench in their parking lot within 20 minutes.
I will be taking my business to AutoZone from now on, because they completed the job they told me they would do.

The store is oddly in the middle of a strip mall. We haven't seen one like that before. We went in, found what we needed & it was a quick in & out.

Avoid all stores! I realize it’s not the local stores fault. They publish misleading sale ads and the store staff is left to deal with irate customers. I’d rather pay full price elsewhere than give my custom to liars like O’Reilly Auto Parts!
