I switched to Sigler after another pharmacy could not obtain the needed medication and once I came in I won’t go anywhere else. The staff is very friendly and also helpful.

Hands down, this is the best pharmacy in the KC metro area. After a long and diligent search for a pharmacy that offers a 'personal touch,' I grew weary of the 'big corporate' pharmacies beset by lengthy wait times and impersonal treatment. Sigler Prairie Star has exceeded my expectations, consistently going above and beyond to ensure my medications are refilled promptly and without the slightest delay. They have also been readily available for my annual vaccinations, with no waiting time. I give them an A++++ rating. I have been going here for 5 years and have nothing but positive things to say. Their hours may be limited but if you go in with a paper script thats unscheduled it’s usually filled in 20 minutes. If my usual monthly medications are running low just give them a call (you can actually talk to a human normally a pharmacist, Makena and Sam are great) to make sure your refill will be ready. Better than the big box Pharmacies. Prices generally lower than them as well.

All of the staff are so helpful. Being new to the area and never having to deal with prescriptions before, they handle refills seamlessly and contact the doctors when needed. So much better than the big chains. We even see one of the pharmacists at the local grocery store. Very friendly!

The people here are truly special. They have really fast turnaround with anything that is within their control and they have excellent communication, including proactively reaching out with questions, which just seems like premium service to me compared with other pharmacies I’ve used. And they are kind. Last week, when we went for a pickup, my 4-year-old said she was hungry and I had no snacks on me. One of the staff went to her personal lunch bag and gave my daughter a choice of her apple or fruit bar. Acts of kindness like that are so uplifting. Thank you to the whole team there for setting such a high standard for a pharmacy.

If you live in this area - THIS needs to be your home pharmacy! What I was putting up with at CVS was AWFUL. Prairie Star is the total opposite! They are so kind and helpful! 5-star customer service!
