All of the staff are so helpful. Being new to the area and never having to deal with prescriptions before, they handle refills seamlessly and contact the doctors when needed. So much better than the big chains. We even see one of the pharmacists at the local grocery store. Very friendly!

The people here are truly special. They have really fast turnaround with anything that is within their control and they have excellent communication, including proactively reaching out with questions, which just seems like premium service to me compared with other pharmacies I’ve used. And they are kind. Last week, when we went for a pickup, my 4-year-old said she was hungry and I had no snacks on me. One of the staff went to her personal lunch bag and gave my daughter a choice of her apple or fruit bar. Acts of kindness like that are so uplifting. Thank you to the whole team there for setting such a high standard for a pharmacy.

If you live in this area - THIS needs to be your home pharmacy! What I was putting up with at CVS was AWFUL. Prairie Star is the total opposite! They are so kind and helpful! 5-star customer service!

I am leaving two stars because of my less than ideal experience on the phone a few days ago - it would’ve been five stars but this really bummed me out. I called to see if one of my prescriptions were ready because I hadn’t gotten the typical text reminding me to pick up. I had called earlier in the week to learn that they were still filling my prescription and that I’d receive a text when it was ready. I made sure they had the correct phone number as I recently switched providers and had to get a new one. I recently started using this pharmacy because it is close to home and has my meds in stock - plus, I like the “mom & pop” feel. The first time I picked up from here the staff was great - friendly & lots of smiles. However, when I called to check on the meds this time, McKenna, the woman I was speaking to, seemed very inconvenienced that I was calling and almost annoyed to have to be dealing with my questions. She also abruptly put me on hold while I was in mid sentence. Then, before hanging up the phone she said we have your meds in stock this month but I cannot guarantee we will have them next time and hung up on me. Kind of made me feel like they didn’t want me to refill my meds there! Such a bizarre experience. Hoping when I go to pick up my meds I don’t get my head bit off!

I called at 1158a on Saturday to see if my prescription was ready. It was but they closed at 12p. Makenna said no problem she would meet me between the pharmacy and my house and have my prescription. I'll never go anywhere else this is the kind of people the are. They always know us by first name. And May I add I've never waited more than 5 mins when I pick up.

Greatest pharmacy there is! They are extremely quick with refills and will find the best deals they can for you. It’s a much more personal experience than a typical chain pharmacy.

I love this pharmacy. They have been so helpful in maintaining the supply of my son’s adhd medication when so many families are having difficulties obtaining scripts. They are always willing to answer questions or reach out to the doctors office. I will always drive a little further distance to continue to utilize this local small business over a big chain pharmacy!

I like to support local. So when we moved here from another city, I found Sigler and I really like their super quick service, not like the chain pharmacies.The people there are so nice and helpful, I would definitely recommend them for sure!

For a family that has a lot of prescriptions, Sigler makes it so easy for us. No long lines, free mail delivery, and the pharmacists and techs know us by name. Highly recommend this pharmacy.

This is the best little pharmacy! The attention to detail and friendly greeting every time makes my trips to the pharmacy so pleasant. It’s quite the change from the depersonalization felt from the large chain stores.

We have been using Sigler Pharmacy at their Prairie Star location since moving to Lenexa in 2020. They are by far the most efficient and friendly staff we have done business with in our 40+ years in Kansas.

By far the *best* pharmacy I have ever used. The pharmacists are friendly and easy to get ahold of and medications are filled quickly. I’ve switched all of my medications to this pharmacy and couldn’t be happier! I wish I had switched sooner.
