Bruce was very knowledgeable with oxygen set up and instructions. I have been on oxygen for awhile and he hit all the Les and whistles. Requested a backpack and he came through. So far everything is going fine.

Our service technician was friendly, knowledgeable, a hard worker. He was outstanding ,great customer service and removed the old bed, put the new one together. He was very good at his job.

Provider Plus in Lenexa, Kansas (a KC suburb) did an excellent job today, fitting me with my first CPAP mask and related head gear. It’s a friendly place, and pleasant atmosphere. Easy parking. It was recommended by my sleep doctor (pulmonologist) at the University of Kansas Health System. I’d like to especially compliment Dominic, who worked patiently with me. (I was very anxious about this whole CPAP thing, and I spilled some coffee on his carpet. He told me not to be concerned, and just try to relax a bit. He is very kind). He is also extremely knowledgeable, and answered my many questions. I highly recommend Dominic. And this entire store.

if there was a zero ratings I would give it....the mask and CPAP is a piece of crap...:if you need help FORGET IT....CUSTOMER SERVICE IS IN THE Philippines so they don't understand English nor can they friggin help you. Adapt health who lied to us no co-pay nothing nothing for the services. We get a bill today saying we owe $76. When I now called the insurance company they informed me that that's 20% of durable machinery Humana advantage gold has no idea what they're doing... Providers plush black lied to our faces now we've got a CPAP we can't use he won't use. We can't take it back and we're getting charge for a machine that we can't use and cannot get it taken back anyway.

Gregg was very pleasant and efficient, and answered all my questions about the bed.. He checked it to make sure everything else was okay before he left.The only quibble I have is the company dtd not contact me to tell me someone was coming. His service call was prolonged as I was not ready for it.

The AdaptHealth team is amazing! Coming to my rescue, delivering a hospital bed at 4:00 on Friday when my own doctor said they couldn’t get it ti me until Monday! Bruce, the delivery guy was so professional and kind and in and out in 15 min after set up. The service was absolutely amazing!

If the location hadn’t been so hard to get to would have been 5 stars, however; Dominic was awesome…kind, gentle, informative and very knowledgeable. My husband has been needing the CPAP for over 10 years and has been sleeping 8 hrs and waking up tired and, even with blood pressure meds, it won’t stay under control.HOWEVER, he has just gotten up and had the medicine on only 24 minutes…said it smelled badly. I’m going to wash hose and mask well today and see if makes a difference…Thank you, Terri

Sent prescription for walker 2 weeks ago. No response. Won't return phone calls. My wife needs this walker. Going to call insurance and check for some one else. This place doesn't seem to care.

After several days of confusion on my insurance company's part, finally straightened out, Adapt jumped right up and got my oxygen to me the same day with expedient efficiency. Dixie was early, caring, professional and knowledgeable. I'm so very impressed with them! I've worked with other medical suppliers and they were not like this. Good job Adapt! My ratings in the past were because of mis communication, and the difficult phone system that makes it hard to get through to anyone. Bruce did a great job. He helped me understand some confusing questions I had. The test was successful and he picked the device up after contacting me via a phone call.
