I highly recommend NOT coming here I don’t remember the person (attempting) drawing my spouses blood. She didn’t sanitize or anything when we entered the office. Had other peoples vials of blood with their personal information on it. (Nice HIPPA violation.) after the first poke she said “oh that’s not even the vein” then DIGS in my wife’s arm looking for a vein before she removed and says “Yeah I can’t do this arm look at the hemolyzation.” why would you tell a person look at this needle I’m digging around in your arm? Then proceeds to stick her 3 more times and no success. Then asks my wife if she’s been drinking water which she had 2 bottles that morning (10 am appointment) and at least 5 32 oz water the day before. Tells her drink more water then to come back and that’s why she can’t get a good stick. No we’re not coming back.

I had Tonya who stuck me 3 times (one time blew a vein) and she left me with 3 huge bruises!! Then she told me to come back Monday (was Friday when I was there) and drink more water! I already had 4 -16 oz glasses that day. Would not draw my blood again. Sent me to OP Lab in same BLDG on 1st floor and said they have a vein finder. They did not have a vein finder. But, the phlebotomist was excellent and drew 7 tubes of blood with one vein stick. Will never see Tonya again. She is RUDE and not good at her job!!

Place is a joke. Cant talk to a human and if you do they are not helpful? Healthcare??? Not so much. Don’t see where they fit in the business of care for anything.

One star only because there's no zero option. No one there to help old lady that didn't understand how to to use kiosk to sign in made me one minute late and they canceled my appointment. Me and the four people behind me. This place sucks!

Make sure this location can actually take the test you need them to take. Their website won’t stop you from scheduling a lab that this location can’t perform.

Made an appointment for a full men’s screening online. Been having panic attacks and wanted to have blood work done. Checked in and when I got to the back room my attendee knew nothing. Trying to explain what I needed sent me into a panic attack and I had to run out of the office. No blood drawn or work done. If I could give quest 0 stars I would. This is unacceptable for a hospital based business.

Worst lab ever!!!!! So rude. I came in and an old woman, maybe 90, had been waiting 3 hours. No apologies, just "well we take appointment people 1st". Unacceptable. Show some mercy.

Still waiting for them to open. So far 16 min. late. Appointment was supposed to be 5 minutes ago. Been here before. Sadly, not an aberration.

After setting up an appointment, the wait time was too long. They have set up multiple people at the same time. Only one person was performing the lab work and he was slow.
