Staff is incompetent for sure. And after seeing the other reviews, I see I am not the only one who has noticed. Example: This morning a blonde cashier asked for my ID, it was expired, she said I cannot sell you these vapes - then I showed her my EXPIRED passport, and she let me buy them. Come on lol she was just trying to be difficult.

I can tell quick trip sometimes moves employees from location to location. I am probably a minimum of 5 times per week customer.
The worker late at night tonight around 1220 am on jun 15th at the 95ths st location next to I35. Ive seem him around before and that guy is on point.
He seemed to have the whole store to himself and was back and forth on stocking and ringing people up. Everytime i see him regardless of which location, he is on point and understands the assignment.

QT customer service is fast and pleasant. The food that comes out of the QT kitchen is better quality than most fast food restaurants.

The best customer service I have ever experienced in all my years from a gas station and I travel the United States for work! I forget the gentlemen’s name but not his mustache 😂 He worked 3rd shift I’m pretty sure so he would be there every morning on my way into work @ 5:00 am and I don’t think not one time did he ever fail @ greeting me! It could be crazy busy chaos for them and they all worked in sync and with kindness! QT prices are a little high considering but they do have some great coffee and 24 hour service even if every other business is closed due to a blizzard. Thank You for your great excellent service.

It looks like they put chicken in it by the number. also forgot to put the onion. The bread is also stale. This is the first time I have seen such a terrible sandwich. I will never come back again. My advice is to open the product you bought and check it right there in front of your eyes. My advice to human resources is that the employee who made this sandwich should be fired as soon as possible. Someone who harms the business is a very bad impression.

At random chose another QT and there were no roller items ready, no donuts. Disappointed for certain that night shift can not maintain the business.
