I like this location a lot, it’s conveniently right off I-35, the staff is always excellent and very efficient, the store is always clean and being cleaned.
All that said, I can’t 5* because SOMETHING always seems to be out of order, a pump, a fountain drink, an ice dispenser, something.
I wouldn’t say this is necessarily unique to this location, it’s been an issue elsewhere, this is just my main station.
The positives definitely outweigh the negative

I ordered a BLT croissant and watched it being made. The person working touched his face, the food, and several other surfaces and things without changing his gloves. When they wrapped my sandwich so tight it was crushed flat. I get being busy and flooded with orders, however this person was acting like a kid being made to go do homework. Throwing stuff around, slamming things on the counter, and not being hygienic. Needless to say, I got my money back and refused the food.

Clean gas stations and are usually well stocked. Decent prices and good food.

I was very happy to see that this QT store sells Swedish Snus by General. Its tobacco pouches, that are much better than American style. Made my day!

On my lunch break today, I came by to get gas, a slice of pizza and pumpkin spice latte around 1:30pm. Thirty minutes later I got nauseous, threw up, and past out on the floor at work. I have no prior health problems and I'm a performing athlete. I consider myself fairly healthy.
I will be visiting urgent care soon because I believe I'm suffering from extreme food poisoning. Fair warning to everyone, I'm not who dropped the ball but someone working there messed up in contaminating their food.

Seriously? Every time I come here I have to go inside to get my receipt. How about you bring it to me or fix your printers. You want me to pay at the pump, I expect my receipt at the pump.

Really excellent location for a QT. This is new since I was in town last. There used to be a Perkins here for many years. Glad it's gone with something actually useful in its place.

TERRIBLE customer service!!! Never coming back to this location again! I've been a devoted QT customer for years but this trend of their employees not caring about the customers experience is getting old. Not sure what changed, but buyer beware...QTs used to be the same wherever you go and now it's not the case. Time to start going elsewhere.
