I can’t say enough about the RoTECH organization and service!We unfortunately had to reach out on Thanksgiving day for help. My dad was not receiving oxygen and the representative that came with an hour of our phone call, discovered that we needed an appliance that he provided so that my dad could receive his oxygen through his BiPAP. Thank you so much for your service!

DMEs are a racket in cahoots with the insurance companies. These stores don't even stock a supply of cpap accessories but have to order them.

This is where you get your CPAP machine from but your supplies come from somewhere else. The two companies do not communicate with each other. I finally took my machine back to them on November 10,2022 and today, March 2, 2023 I got a call that they wanted to set up a time to come pick my machine up! This was just the cherry on top! Unbelievable. I couldn't get a mask to work for me. I tried 4 or 5 and then was told that was all that was available. Not so according to a respiratory therapist I know.

Been using this place for years to get Moms Oxygen and Cpap supplies. Always been great. Would even drive to Manhattan for mom when needed. Mom needed a rolling walker recently and Jhawk pharmacy actually refused to even check into insurance for it and told us no. I thought I remembered seeing walkers in store at rotech so I asked. Not only did they, they helped facilitate all the work needed and mom got a very nice walker now with zero money out of pocket. Chad even helped adjust it to fit her.

As a provider I am very dissatisfied with the way they managed my patients care. They bullied the patient and would not wait until the patient saw the pulmonologist to verify the need. This is a company I will not be using.

Got diagnosed to get cpap came to this place were I was treated like family very educated staff helpful intelligent the respiratory therapist was knowledgeable and answered all questions accurately the staff member Trapper was amazing got my mask to fit helped with cleaning and taking apart of the machine Very thorough through the instructions process and was willing to take the time to answer all questions and made sure I understood the ins and outs of everything I would recommend Rotec for any CPAP or medical supply's I am definitely a customer for life
