The last 3 times I have come there for gas at your full service pump I sat and waited over 30 minutes. The owner, I assume, finally showed up and pumped my gas the first 2 times. The last time I was there I sat over 30 minutes and NOONE came out and pumped my gas. This is suppose to be a full service pump!! Not at all pleased with the service here any more. I have been coming to this station for many years! Hope I don't run out of gas before I get some service there. Anyone know of another station that offers full service pumps? I am not comfortable doing this myself.

Pulled up. Pump didn't work. Strange guy at the door cussing to himself and throwing his bike around (employee or just random person, I don't know). I left.

This is my go-to place for tire repair. I've had at least 6 or 7 tires repaired here over the past 20 years. They are always courteous and helpful and get the job done quickly. Cost is in the $25 - $30 range. Today I'm here getting a leaky valve replaced. Call ahead to be sure they have a repair technician on duty. I called yesterday (Saturday) and found that the tech leaves at 3pm. Today, they're here 8am - noon. Not sure about weekdays. I've never had other work done here, so i can't comment on anything more extensive than tire repair.

A friend ran out of gas and called me to come help. Her plan was to run to WalMart to buy a cheap gas can and then get gas. I haven't ran out of gas in years so questioned whether a gas station would have one to loan. She said that QT has gas cans, but they sell them for $10. To me this is just outrageous and poor customer service on the part of gas stations doing this. I use to live in this area and remembered this station offered service on vehicles so figured it was worth a try to avoid buying a gas can. Sure enough, they had one we could borrow (they did require a deposit which is perfectly acceptable) instead of choosing to profit off someone's misfortune. Huge in my book! As I was waiting for my friend to get the gas can and some gas, I wondered around and noticed not only do they offer mechanical service, but they are a full service station. They have specific pumps that they will come out and pump your gas for you. I don't know if this includes the window cleaning and fluids check, but to find a station that still has attendants that will pump your gas is shocking! Of course the cost of the gas is higher, that is expected, but there is a sign that says free car wash with service. I can not say whether this means actual garage service or if it includes the gas service, but if the gas service is included, this is a really good deal. This is a solid station that puts the customer first. Very friendly staff and a step back in time that can be a much appreciated need at times! Disabled, elderly, cold weather, etc. Just a note, while looking around the store does have gas cans for sale if you do want to buy one, they just don't capitalize on another's misfortune. Kudos! This will be my go to station when in the area!
