I was on hold with support for over an hour. They did not solve my issue. They just put me in hold limbo.

The store is clean, the sales people are nice but not particularly helpful, given the multitude of options. Our Sleep Number bed lasted precisely 2.5 years. I can home one day and somehow both of the air chamber blades had blown out. As someone who builds software, I immediately saw this as either a software failure where the bed overinflated by accident, or the seemingly less plausible, that SN overinflated the bed on purpose. I called and was told there is only a one-year warranty and they wanted ~$200 to send a new air chamber. NOTE that at this point, I literally have no bed to sleep on. Do not fall for this ridiculous concept. Go buy a real mattress. Your back will be happier anyway.

I have slept on Sleep Number beds at least 25 years. We even gifted a brother & his wife with a bed too. Thank you!!!

This will be our third Sleep Number bed in 20 years. First one was a queen C4 then a king P5. Now a California king C2 for the camper. All are great. When we travel and use other beds I always look forward to getting back home in my bed.

Josh was incredibly knowledgeable, took the time to listen to our needs, show and explain the differences between the options that meet those needs, helped calculate cost quotes for the options we were considering. In particular, the body pulse point analysis on the performance mattress really shows how the adjustment in your mattress makes a difference. If you're considering a Sleep Number mattress, be sure to have your salesperson go through this with you. While we've not received our mattress yet, I was pleasantly surprised with the sales experience, and in particular, our interactions with Josh. Additionally, we're set to receive our mattress in two weeks - when the standard is 4-6 weeks. Thanks for providing a five star customer service experience!

My father purchased a bed to be delivered 1/28/25. Upon delivery, my father was told that due to an insect infestation, the bed could not be delivered. We were to get an exterminator treatment and then the bed could be delivered the next day. After spending a huge amount of money for appointment with exterminator, we were told that alleged pests did not exist. Second delivery scheduled for 2/12/25, not next day as promised. Delivery was canceled on 2/12/25. We were told a new delivery date would not be until 2/20/25. My senior citizen father is recovering from a complicated back surgery and cannot be discharged from hospital until bed arrives. The customer service department has been a nightmare to work with. They lied to us promising next day delivery following exterminator appointment. When asked to please work with us on a new date, we were told they could make an exception and would deliver on 2/14/25. When this day arrived, we received a phone call canceling delivery and there was no way to change. No one would help us. Delivery set for 2/20/25 which requires my father to stay in hospital… another expense! This has been an absolute nightmare that I wouldn’t wish on my enemy. What a horrible way to treat paying customers! What a horrible company!

We purchased our Sleep Number bed from Adam Hallum and had an amazing experience. He was knowledgeable and provided an easy purchasing process. We had an issue and when it was brought to Adam’s attention, he took personal accountability and made it right. Not many businesses do this any more. I highly recommend Adam and Sleep Number if you are looking for an exceptional bed and purchasing experience.

Dan was very good to explain the bed changes that have occurred since we last bought a Sleep Number in 2014. He then listened to our needs and diligently worked meet all those that we asked him for. He made sure the one bed we initially bought could be delivered to our second home location on a date that we would be there. He was always very kind, patient with our endless questions, and strived to help us but when sales were running. We would work with again.

We were told that there was no restock fee if we didn't like the bed. We hated the bed but were stuck with a $250 delivery fee and a $250 restock fee. There are other better selectable pressure beds. Save your time and support a company that isn't manipulative.

Had a great experience with Sleep Number over the weekend. We walked in a little overwhelmed by not knowing what we needed or wanted for a new bed but with the enormous help from Dan we were able to find exactly what we needed and feel super confident with our purchase. We thank Dan for being so helpful and informative with the whole process.
