Dan was very good to explain the bed changes that have occurred since we last bought a Sleep Number in 2014. He then listened to our needs and diligently worked meet all those that we asked him for. He made sure the one bed we initially bought could be delivered to our second home location on a date that we would be there. He was always very kind, patient with our endless questions, and strived to help us but when sales were running. We would work with again.

We were told that there was no restock fee if we didn't like the bed. We hated the bed but were stuck with a $250 delivery fee and a $250 restock fee. There are other better selectable pressure beds. Save your time and support a company that isn't manipulative.

Had a great experience with Sleep Number over the weekend. We walked in a little overwhelmed by not knowing what we needed or wanted for a new bed but with the enormous help from Dan we were able to find exactly what we needed and feel super confident with our purchase. We thank Dan for being so helpful and informative with the whole process.

It's an $8000+ glorified air mattress. They tell you that you have certain amount of time to try it out for free, but fail to tell you that if you don't like it the adjustable frame (which is super costly) is not refundable, just the mattress. The app you use to adjust the bed NEVER works. Anytime I want to adjust the head or feet, I get an error where things have to be complicatedly reset and sometimes you have to wait for an agent to help you reset it. And if you do end up getting one, the chances that you and your partner will want the same lift setting on the feet or head are slim to none. They will recommend the one that splits separately but then you are basically sleeping on two twins put together and you'll be trying to avoid the crack in the middle. Save your money, get a way better bed for a way cheaper price.

Urgent Warning: Reconsider Before Investing in Sleep Number!
I'm deeply disappointed and frustrated with Sleep Number, especially considering the health emergency we're facing. My bedridden mother, who is weak and battling pancreatic cancer, is suffering due to her Sleep Number mattress that consistently fails to hold air. Despite its high cost—akin to buying a used car—the mattress has become a major problem rather than a comfort.
Troubleshooting the issue with Sleep Number’s convoluted instructions is a nightmare, especially for my 67-year-old mother who is not tech-savvy. Their technical support is barely available, closing early on Saturdays and completely off on Sundays, making it impossible to get help when you actually need it.
When we reached out for immediate technical support due to the severity of my mother's condition—she's sinking into a deflated mattress that exacerbates her stage 1 bed sores—we were met with a cold response. The earliest a technician could visit was in two weeks, with an upfront fee of $150. Moreover, this initial visit wouldn’t even resolve the issue; the technician wouldn’t have the necessary parts, requiring another appointment and an additional $150 fee.
Despite explaining the urgency of my mother's health condition and the critical need for a functional mattress, all we got was a scripted apology and no expedited solution. It’s absolutely unacceptable. This experience has been a complete letdown. If you're considering a Sleep Number bed, think twice, especially if timely support and maintenance are factors you count on. This isn’t just poor customer service; it’s a disregard for customer welfare.

The other day me and my boyfriend went into this sleep number to look for a bed. We are moving in together and were wanting to splurge on a good mattress. We were greeted by a sales man, I wish I had his name but I don’t. He asked about our budget and then after telling him we were willing to pay quite a bit more for a good mattress so we didn’t have a set price yet he said “well our mattress are pretty pricey, you might have better luck at the store next door.” He then walked away. Me and my bf were stunned and while we are a younger 20’s couple we don’t deserve to be treated like that. The man went on to help another couple who walked in after us and started showing them beds while we had to look around by ourselves. We did end up going next door, to mattress firm, where we were greeted by a friendly lady who helped us look at some options. We didn’t find anything there that day but sleep number please hire people who actually care about people not just their numbers. Worst expedience.

I got my mattress less than 2 years ago and it's already deflating and I have to pay $140 to order a new air chamber.

So we bought one of these overpriced air mattress. Had cleared out our room. A third party delivered this bed. Only to find out it was broken. They were just trying to get out of our house as quickly as they could without fixing it. Would not hold air or connect to wifi. We were informed they would send someone right out to address the problem even though I told them to just take it back. Was told through a phone call they would have someone out in 2 weeks to fix it. There is no way I'm going 2 weeks without a bed so I informed them to come get it. Was told there was a 498 dollar fee I had to pay or they weren't picking it up. I called the store who was no help as I was informed Sleep number uses a 3rd party vendor for their customer services. They are very rude and said they would review our case and call in another 2 weeks. Despite they delivered us a broken bed, they want us to pay for it. Finally came and picked it up. Was told by their employees it shouldn't of been left broken and even knew who it probably was that keft it. I would not recommend this to anyone. Go buy a cheap air mattress and put a foam topper on it and save a ton of money. So I will file complaints with the bbb and all the consumer product boards as this was a horrible experience that left me scrambling last minute to get a new mattress at the last minute. A hybrid mattress from Sam's that is absolutely comfortable . Don't waste your time. As soon as you buy it they will not help you one bit... oh and of you ask to talk to a tier 2managwr they inform you there is nobody else to talk to so what they say is final. BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!
