Scott is literally the absolute best!!! He helped me get in a smaller unit for a few months. I highly recommend this location to everyone. Being someone that works in customer service is rare to find someone that loves what they are doing and is personable to customers. He knows me by name when I call up or come by to get stuff out of my unit. Scott is 100% all of the above.

I needed a secure, clean, climate controlled fortress to store the 2nd love of my life. My classic collector truck ;-) I searched far and wide and landed on StorTropolis in Lenexa. The facilities are top notch and so was Cathy, who was extremely helpful in every aspect. Assuring me my baby would stay safe in her care. Thank you, Cathy!

I had no idea I was going to tour the BEST place I could have found to store all the stuff my garage won't hold. Cathy made the process simple and my husband is even happy with the price. So glad I found this establishment!!

Cathy and StorTropolis made setting up the new unit and the transition from our old unit (different Vendor) very easy and delightful!! The quality of the facility and the personal relationship Cathy and StorTropolis works to build with their customers instills trust and confidence our stuff we are storing are safe and looked after.

I didn't know luxury storage was a thing until I moved in here last month. As someone who has rented a lot of units from various places, this is a whole other level of storage experience - and its the best hands down. Staff, Amenities, Access, Cleanliness - all are an 11/10.
