Teague iCtrl was absolutely fantastic to work with on my project. Austin went above and beyond daily and it showed in his professional attitude and workmanship. He explained, in detail, how to operate the new system and was available any time a question arose. Tony Huff took his time to walk me through the different options we could have installed. He made great suggestions! This specific project was a one of a kind and required extensive knowledge of unique watertight options. We had a complex integration and Teague iCtrl knocked it out of the park! I would HIGHLY recommend Teague iCtrl!

Had a great experience with both company and employees! This was our first 'smart home' installation utilizing Control4, and we are loving the functionality and performance. It's also nice to work with a company who does exactly what they promise. Tony and Austin worked in tandem until the project was 100% completed. I highly recommend using them for your next project, small or large!

Cameron and Ryan worked hard to figure out the problem with our television. They were very professional and cordial while working our TV. We now have a perfect working TV thanks to their analysis of the problem.

Teague Electric/ICtrl is OUTSTANDING to work with on any level. Their AV team is superb and highly responsive.Tony and John went above and beyond and their team was INCREDIBLE. Gabe ,Ryan,Cameron, JK , Caleb… ALL OF THEM are crazy amazing.We were so glad to be in their hands and highly recommend them. We would have no one else do our home audio and visual but Teague.

Teague electric installed a back-up generator for us. Their price was very competitive and their scheduling was the best. In addition, Jonathan, our lead installation person, was professional, efficient and very friendly. He was extremely patient in getting us set up with the Kohler app that helps with the generator operation.

Tony Huff, Ryan, and Gabe installed our system and followed up with the best customer service. Everything, from the security system to entertainment systems, is reliable and easy to use. They have gone above and beyond to ensure we are satisfied and accommodate our needs. I recommend them to anyone that desires a high quality experience for customer service.

My Control4 system was set up by Elite technologies which was an absolute mess. Tony and John from Teague was able to clean it out and was fortunately able to salvage the mess created by the Elite both literally and figuratively. They were readily available and Tony even came on a couple of weekends to help troubleshoot the problems with me. I would strongly recommend the company

Had Gabe from Teague install a TV and update our current theater system. It is unbelievable how simply and efficiently our system runs! We always felt like we should be doing something better with our home system, and now we finally feel current! Couldn't be happier or more proud of what we have. Thanks to Gabe and Tony for being true pros!

I had Tony and Gabe out to my house to hang a new TV and install surround sound in my basement. Very thorough and attention to detail was amazing. They were very professional and knowledgeable and did a great job. Having learned my lesson the first time and used someone else I will not make that mistake again. I would highly recommend Gabe and Tony for anything you may need.

I had Teague come out to look at my current wifi configuration since we couldn't do zoom calls. They came up with a new wifi system that now allows us to stream, and do multiple zoom calls throughout the home. Our technician Gabe was extremely nice and did a great job verifying that everything worked before he left. We definitely recommend Teague ICTRL .

Three years later and I'm finally writing a review after being asked numerous times from the beginning. I never could give one honestly because I had so many problems with the system. With every issue, Tony, who left a year ago to move to another department, couldn't have been nicer and quick to repair or replace the technology they installed that had failed. The techs were very nice although we met a lot of new ones consistently because they didn't seem to stay very long.The story shortened: Signed a contract on 11/17 for $11,000 expecting a fully functioning entertainment and security package system. There were rotating techs who weren't knowledgeable with iCtrl, except one who left. It would work for awhile and then not, one too many times. After the system crashed this summer, I talked to the President who said he would look into the matter. When he called me back he accused me of unplugging the 3 Ubiquity wi-fi extenders because Teague couldn't find them in our house when they serviced them in our home after the crash as well as online. I was blamed (he said) because I had made the comment to the head of their iCtrl department that I wanted as much hardwired as possible to reduce wi-fi emissions in our home due to health issues. Actually, Teague had no idea where the extenders had been placed because no notes had been taken after each service call per a former tech employee. So, I called iCtrl headquarters to discuss with their Customer Care Advocate our issues. I was told there would be issues if the software didn't have the recommended hardware installed as they know what works and what doesn't. It became apparent the reason for our issues was because Teague had installed cheaper, and less reliable hardware not recommended by iCtrl.Customer service? I'm still shocked to have had a company president blame shift their incompetence to me as a customer avoiding their own responsibility as a vendor not once but at least 4 times laughing while accusing me. We have found another vendor who will be repairing and upgrading our system at an additional cost of $4,000 who makes notes and is using the recommended hardware.
