I have lived here at the Wilder for almost 8 years. I have went through a few management changes. Having said that. I believe the CURRENT management team is the BEST. A special shout out to Asst. Manager Adriana .. she is awesome, every time I have called with an issue, she has responded !! Again .. The best Team in...

Eh. I lived with my family here for a while, and my goodness the service and maintence is BAD. Its a fine apartment complex but geez the service is terrible. The gym is empty usually so you can work out in peace, albeit there's holes in the wall from people punching it.

Yall do a great job on repairing Tennant issues great job team!..... is what I wish I could say, yall can't take care of your tenants whatsoever... hiring outside youtube degrees didn't work out, what's next?
