We worked with Brady (Jones) and Antonio (Lopez) on the close of our home in Texas and WOW! These two were amazing! Brady was always available and ready to answer any questions I had (there were a lot!) AND WE CLOSED IN 14 DAYS! Which is wild in this climate! Don't get me wrong - I was prepared but these two knocked it out of the park and helped us really make moves quick. Antonio always answered or quickly called me back when I wanted to make a last minute date change and push for an earlier close for the holidays! I cannot thank Brady and Antonio enough for helping us get settled back into Texas so smoothly and quickly! Y'all made miracles happen with trying to sell our home in Ohio while I was making the 20 hour drive with my dog and my husband at work for 12 hour days! Impressive and both could handle my irrational sense of humor! Cheers to you both and thank you so much!

Terrible system between EECU and TruHome. I have no communication from TruHome after EECU rep tells me they sent over ppwrk just last week and now I am seeing a late notice on my mortgage.
Waited on hold for 20 minutes this morning with no answer, only a machine telling me to press numbers that when I press don't work.
I create my account online and it says I can't pay online because I am late and I am to call the number I tried to call earlier where I sat on hold for 20 minutes.

Worst company to deal with outside of Comcast! They outsource everything and are incompetent! Nobody can answer basic questions.

Loan was transfered to them from another agency. Cant speak to anyone on the phone without a valid SSN or loan number- which my information is either not registered or available and I cannot find out why.

I had the opportunity to work with Jennifer Barginda and Sonia Martinez for my mortgage loan and these two ladies were amazing. Jennifer on one hand was very patient, reassuring and always available throughout the entire process. She explained everything to me and how the process would go. Anytime I called she answered and assisted me with whatever I needed. I literally had the fastest turn around time with everything. I will say they do ask for things often but so long as you are on top of it and keep a file on your phone with would be okay. So thankful I got the opportunity to have both of these ladies working with me. Sonia was amazing as well as she explained everything as to why she requested certain documents and made sure I understood the process as well. So thankful for my team.

I accidentally got TruHome when I applied for a mortgage thru Community America; I had never heard of them before. TruHome customer service is great -- as long as they are selling you a mortgage. Just wait until you want an early payoff amount. They won't give it to you online; you have to call them. And you are on hold for HOURS - and then they STILL wouldn't give it to me without speaking first to a CA employee (why, I don't know). What is the big top secret thing about payoff amounts, for heaven's sake. I ended up having to go to a branch, calling TruHome on my cell (I could have made a CACU personal banker do it but didn't want to screw over the other people needing her help) , waiting for nearly an hour for a TruHome to get to me, and THEN putting the CACU employee on the phone. Absolutely awful. I hope to never get a mortgage again, but if I do - it will NOT be with TruHome.

I have been using TruHome Solutions for over 2 years and I have never once had a problem working with them. I also just recently refinanced through them and Chance, Mindy, and Antonio made the whole process a breeze. They were very knowledgeable and quick to respond to any questions that I had and always gave me timely updates throughout the whole process. Truly great service!

We used TrueHome Solutions for our original mortgage and most recently for refinancing. Our agent Lucas Staus has been amazing every step of the way both times. He's extremely knowledgeable and down to earth - explains everything in simple terms and was always available to answer questions day and night. Our Loan Processor Mindy Philips has always been extremely helpful as well. Highly recommend!
