There are not enough STARS to give these guys. They were amazing when selling the van to my Dad, and even more amazing when buying it back a month later when he passed. Pat saw my Mom when we walked in and immediately gave her a hug and offered his condolences. I hope to never use them again, but will not hesitate to do so if needed.

Very satisfied with all. Ryan answered all questions accurately and very quickly. My phone was unreliable so all of our conversations were done through e-mail. I would recommend Ryan to anyone as an honest and trustworthy salesman.

I could not have asked for a better salesman than Pat Doherty, and everyone at the Lenexa store was kind,, friendly and willing to help wherever needed. For 4 years my husband had a power chair and for 4 years I loaded that 500 lb beast onto a platform trailer on the back of my SUV and fastened it down with ratchet straps to haul it around. We had looked in multiple directions to try to find a used vehicle to transport him in his chair as transferring was getting more and more difficult for him. Ryan Green at United Access was an absolute godsend and lifesaver! I went in there looking at potentially finding an old used vehicle that would help and Ryan went above and beyond to help us figure out how we could not only get a vehicle to help our situation but get a brand new vehicle that will most probably last us the rest of our lives. He showed great compassion, care, and attention to detail! He shared his personal experience with using a vehicle and even set us up with some features we didn't know we needed and now we wonder how we ever lived without them. I can't recommend this company enough and especially Ryan.
If you are in the need for an accessible vehicle or any Mobility product I wholeheartedly recommend this company! And I cannot say enough wonderful things about Ryan.

I cannot overemphasize how delighted and satisfied I am with United Access. In one day, I had all my accommodations installed, and was free to drive my car. I ended up purchasing a car from United Access and I am thoroughly confident in its quality and reliability. The entire United Access team is capable and creative, and I will definitely return for any more adaptation needs!

Janet knows what customer service is and should be. By far my favorite place in the metro area. After my dad had a stroke, Janet and team have been so resourceful and helpful in renting vehicles. We are forever grateful.

United Access has some very courteous and respectful employees that really know how to take care of Disabled Veterans. I have been working with Pat and given a short timeline, Pat has made my experience very uneventful and smooth. If ever asked about this business, it will always be with highest regards.
