Didn’t realize that my Amazon return had to be in one box so I purchased a box for them. They charge me for a box and another six dollars to measure the box. And called it a service fee! This is one of the worst UPS stores out there. As I was leaving, another customer came in and was complaining would never go to the UPS store I had too

I live in mission but if I need any of the vast services offered by the UPS corp I visit this store. Package drop off, returns to big box retails and general stuff, this is the place. The staff is friendly, considerate and focused on making sure the job is done right. I can't say enough good about this location and all they doi. Hats off on a continued job well done!

They locked the door 5 min before 3pm and when she made eye contact with me through the window just shrugged her shoulders. I had 1 package to drop off for a receipt. Incredibly rude!

I've used this UPS location for many shipping and printing services within the past year. It is a convenient location in the Oak Park area with dedicated parking up front for easy unloading. The entire team is patient and helpful. Their printing quality has been excellent. The turnaround time for supplying proofs and completing the final print jobs has exceeded my expectations. The owner worked with me on a detailed print job and I couldn't be happier with the result. I highly recommend this location for any needs.

I do a lot of shipping and printing for my job and this is hands down my favorite ups in all of KS and MO. The staff is extremely helpful at all times. Special shoutout to Deena. I’m there often enough she almost feels like a coworker and is a delight to deal with.
