If you ever wonder why the usps is going under walk in here and see how you get treated. The line is often out the door and no one is manning the counter. I stood in line for 25 minutes just to see how long it would take the woman throwing everyone’s boxes from one combo box to another acknowledge she has customers. She never did and couldn’t take it anymore. This place needs a serious staffing overhaul.

I dropped 2 packages off at the same time and they didn’t start tracking for 24 hours. They also started tracking 3 hours apart. I’ve had some things never start tracking at all. I am going elsewhere from now on, and truly hope they get the help they need soon!

The people that work here are so kind, courteous and beyond helpful! I greatly appreciate their hard work! 👏👏👏

Same story, different customer. Packages moves on time through the USPS system UNTIL they reach the Lenexa carrier center. Then they just sit for days on end with zero progression. Don't even think of heading to the Monrovia office to inqure or pick them up. It gets drastically worse in person. Under staffed and the place is a hot mess. Unbelievable.

Saturday morning and a line out the door. It's not the one front desk worker's fault. I've stood in line for forty-five minutes so far.

I waited for 10 minutes in line to find out when I got to the counter that they couldn’t tape a shipping label the size of a small card to my box. I was told I needed to get out of line and purchase my own tape because they don’t give tape for free.

They're understaffed like everywhere else right now. Everyone I've encountered at the desk has been very nice -- except one woman. She's fairly catty just about every time, but I'm not gonna elaborate or call her out by name. As someone who also works a stressful customer-facing job, I can 100% relate.
It's a perfectly average, standard post office. I haven't done many package send-offs but have picked up quite a few, and they've been punctual and accurate every time.

Very slow, always crowded. They need more staffs and better customer service

Can I give negative stars? This post office has been nothing but a headache since I switched from the 95th and Antioch location. I have informed delivery and get emails of the pictures of mail that I’m supposed to get. Here recently I had a check that is MIA. I went into the post office, and there was no manager on duty that could assist me. This location is horrible, understaffed, the parking lot is full of potholes, and the list can go on and on.

Unfortunately I would avoid going to this post office if you can. I dropped off over 17 packages today, and not one of them were scanned in after over 8 hours. There are plenty of other quality post offices, but this one I would avoid if you want your packages scanned in.

There is only one person working at anytime. Line can be out the two doors and they still only have one person. Other Post Office will have 2-3 or someone will come to help if busy. Not this one…. Avoid

This place doesn’t even deserve one star. In the time it took a parcel to travel cross country it sat at this facility three times as long without a single update. Pick a different delivery option if it all possible.
