Similar issue as another guy: Lived here 2+ years, always paid rent on time, but then I moved out and they immediately contacted a debt collections agency. I can't pay through the portal ("Current Balance: $0.00"). Why behave this way? Why tell me I have 30 days to pay a charge I just learned about, and then send my info to a debt collector?

I’ve tried to contact management after they requested to talk about my 1st negative review. Alison, never replied back as to why my rent was increased by $284.00 a month. The year before was a reasonable $60 increase. I pay my rent on time every month. I will post about this on every platform I can find. Thanks for never getting back to me Alison ( Watercrest manager?) joke

I lived in this complex for nearly two years and have nothing but good things to say. Anytime there was a maintenance request, the workers were super fast and efficient. Always addressed within two business days (but usually one). I couldn't think of anything that would have made my experience here better. I wish I did not have to move out of these to be closer to work, or else we probably would have made this our long term living space.

They fined us due to our bags b being ripped by the trash lady. This is after the fact that they have missed multiple trash days month by month. Also, the hot tub has been broken basically the whole time we’ve been here.

This apartment in the last year has been horrible. I was here over 8 years. I moved in when it was first built. First resident and rent history was great. I've never had a complaint.....Too add I noticed along with other neighbors that it became trashy, the carpet was nasty. The walls and halls were dirty. I expressed my concerns to EdgeWater across the street which has excellent service my concerns since it's the sister property and immediately finally got it cleaned up and there was new carpet put in and freshly painted walls. Phones aren't been answered as if anyone is ever in office. I have since moved out in April, they now have sent my moveout bill to collections saying they sent one email to me about it. Normally you would get more than sometimes a unreliable email about something before going to collections and messing up someone's credit who has always paid rent and have a good History. The frustration on how poorly and unprofessional the staff has been is mind blowing. Just heads up to anyone moving here. Like I said, it hasn't always been this way.

I am obsessed with this apartment complex. I have been looking for a new apartment and Stephanie who works in the front office was amazing and super sweet. The apartments are extremely clean and they are exactly what I’m looking for. I would highly recommend this complex!

Went for a tour yesterday staff was friendly and able to answer most of my questions! It’s a beautiful property I think I will be signing a lease with them later this week!

Watercrest has always been a positive experience. The grounds are maintained well, and the pool is great! The staff is very professional and always very welcoming and helpful, especially Stephanie W.

Attempted to exchange small business ideas/goodies to help one another network and grow. Was treated poorly by one of their employees. Was snooty and arrogant. Acted as if I was a waste of their time and presence. They agreed to take my pamphlets only to throw them away immediately after I left. A simple no thank you we aren’t interested would have saved time, money and effort. Can't review based on living experience but I sure would hate to interact with their staff weekly.

Management is unresponsive and says “we’re working on it” after months and months. Nice place to live if the management can get it together. Also raising the rent and lowering the quality of managing basic things. Look elsewhere
