I would give this branch negative stars if I could. This bank closed a CD without our knowledge and sent a check for the balance through regular US mail, and we never received it. There was no notice of them closing it, and it was a 1 year term. The purpose of the CD was as a bond for our business! After speaking to several other banking professionals, I was told that is not at all how this should be done. How they could close a CD and not tell us and then send our funds back to us without a signature required to receive it is mindblowing. The reason for the anger at the branch is because when I spoke to a banker whom we had dealt with, he promised to look into it 5 days ago and call me back the same day. Never called. This is a repeated offense by this person who had made promises to reach back out about other issues in the past and knew the sensitivity of the situation, and still did not do his due diligence. Yes, I am speaking about you, Stiven. Tried to give you many chances to do right by us.. never did it. SO disappointed. Even sitting with the branch manager who is doing all she can to help, she sees nothing on her end about us ever being notified about an issue. Unreal. If you bank with Wells Fargo, run, don't walk.. and pull everything out asafp. As an organization, Wells Fargo is straight up SUB PAR.

This location do not go to if you need some good professional know what they are doing kind of appointments. I scheduled for 1:00 oclock and they had me sit and wait for nearly an hour when Someone else had no appointment and came in and sat next to me at the waiting sofa and one of the lady in blonde hair came in and ask us two whos next ? I said I had an appointment at 1:00 but its been a while. And the other person she took them in without appointment before me. No specific representative that I have an appointment with. A while longer I stood up and came to her when she was doing nothing. She stopd up and walk towards me a little bit and said Im sorry mama but you still gotta wait. RUDE. I bank with BANK OF AMERICA for the pass ten or more years. BUT THEY NEVER TREAT CLIENTS LIKE THIS ESPECIALLY I HAD AN APPOINTMENT. Customer service people. I deal with customer service for the pass 12 years. This is one of the rudest location and no one you can reach for your help. No one looking at you or asking what you need unless you come up and bother them. I will never come back.

Trying to understand how a bank ATM outside of the bank is constantly empty. Is it not part of the morning routine when opening and getting ready for the day that money is loaded into the ATM daily? Doesn't make sense to me. So then you have to go in and stand in line just to withdraw money. Not really covenient to the customer.

Nice little location. Peace and quiet when you want to avoid those long lines at their stateline location. Folks here are always nice and helpful.
