Dont go this branch, i've been to many WF Branch many states, this is the worst. The ATM said could accept 200 bills, but when we put like 24 bills, all of them 23 bills rejected and 1 bill money jammed on the machine. We tried to reach the banker/teller inside branch then he said the ATM just could accept around 20 bills, WHAT??? Why they operate the ATM with this problem and keeping the information on the screen accept until 200 bills??? They should fix it to prevent another jammed money. We tried to call the customer service they said will investigate around 10 business days, and then we went back to this branch and spoke to the act manager he just told us to wait and just followup to the WF customer service by phone... Worst experience on this branch

Very poor service and poor staff attention, if a client has an account for more than 8 years, as they may distrust the firm?? should they train more the staff of this branch

Made a payment for auto loan that got coded wrong in their system as principal only and was charged a late fee. They were unable to help fix.

My company has a business account at Wells Fargo, and I make weekly deposits of daily cash receipts, essentially 5 cash deposits of less than a few hundred dollars. This does not take more than a few minutes and does not seem to be an issue with most tellers at multiple branches. I choose the branch closest to each retail location I manage. There is one teller at one location that refuses to finish my business if there are other bank customers behind me in the teller line, even if there was no line when I arrived. Today, this teller asked me to sit and wait while he served five other customers that continued to walk in while I waited. If Wells Fargo doesn’t want to service business accounts, they should not open business accounts. Banks used to have a separate cashier line for business accounts. That was back when customer service mattered. I don’t expect special service, just the same courtesy provided to every other customer.

I had an appointment to open a checking account. My appointment was at 10:30am with Stephen who called me at 8:33am as a courtesy call.I checked in with Alex @ 10:21am. As I sat patiently waiting and could see that Stephen was with a client I was reading the banks mission statement about courtesy. Remind you I was on time and I asked Alex did I need to reschedule due to no one giving me the common courtesy to say Stephen is running behind schedule. I finally get approached at 11am and expressed that Wells Fargo couldn’t gain my business & also pointed out there mission statement of being courtesy. All this gentleman had to say is I see & understand.People I’m a firm believer on customer service and believe in bringing more business when treated fairly. Wells Fargo can never get my business based on the lack of professionalism and also you had other bankers that was sitting at there desk talking among themselves.*If you don’t stand for something you will fall for anything *This experience was at the 95th St location in Kansas

Every time I go to this location there is always a long line. It appears this establishment is just like others and is short staff. There is always two bank tellers whenever I go. I will say however the two bank tellers are very courteous generous, and helpful when it is my turn to handle my money transaction. One last thing that really upset me with Wells Fargo is the $5 fee they charge for a money order regardless if you have an account with them. I think that is so ridiculous, as it should be free due to you having a account. The CEO or whoever is in charge should rethink the money order fee, because it is too expensive and absurd.

The customer service is awful; We made an appointment to open a new checking account, but the banker Marian Rodriguez has no idea how to treat customers; First of all, we arrived on time, and she was doing nothing; she had no more customers and made us wait 30 minutes after that her attitude was very rude with us, and after only 30 minutes she told us "the time of the appointment is over I can't help you more time," but the appointment is for one hour no 30 minutes. Is really bad that the bank has this kind of employee working with a rude and bad attitude toward the customers.

This has been the most incompitent bank I have ever used. No one takes responsibility when a mistake is made. There are no follow up calls when they promise one and they cannot be trusted with your money. They will close your account withoutNotuce and mail you a check without registered mail.
