“One of the best perks of my Costco membership is the ability to get gas at a price that is usually very competitive with other gas prices in the area. The staff is always cheerful making the rounds saying hi to everyone and making sure the area is clean of debris and wiping down the pumps when possible. I have never had a grumpy worker either at the pumps or inside of Costco. Not sure what they put in the water (smile) but the staff at Costco is always tip-top!”

“I have two go-to Costco locations, the one on Marshall Drive and the one on Blue Valley Parkway, each for different reasons. The one on Marshall Drive is convenient, the people are invariably friendly and helpful. Plus, the checkout lines move fast and they have the self checkout for 15 or less items. When FPO and I need to go to Costco, we try to time it so we're there about an hour before closing ... less crowded that way, and choice parking. Monday through Friday that's 8:30 pm, Saturday and Sunday, it's 6:00 pm. And in the summertime that's totally fine because it feels like the sun doesn't set until 9:00 pm anyway.”

“I usually enjoy shopping at this Sam’s Club. But for some reason one of my items I purchased through scan n go was stolen this afternoon from my basket after I paid. I am a dialysis Patient and I needed to go to the restroom before leaving. I placed my basket in the usual spot out of the way and went to the restroom. Got home and noticed an item is missing. Please check your security cameras to see who stole my pink Vince Camino turtleneck sweater. I was wearing a white sweater with a navy blue stripe and black pants with a lavender hair wrap. And I’m multiracial brown lady. Thanks for your help.”

“We love the pizza, hot dogs and pretzels at Sam’s club cafe! It’s a fun family outing. Sometimes the wait in line can be pretty long and the dining area is not always super clean. There is a feature in the app that allows people to “skip the line” digitally and get their orders ahead of those who are physically in line. It causes a lot of delay and seems to really confuse the workers sometimes.Still definitely worth it for the food in my opinion! The pricing can’t be beat! Getting a pizza to go is a great option as well.”
