“I usually enjoy shopping at this Sam’s Club. But for some reason one of my items I purchased through scan n go was stolen this afternoon from my basket after I paid. I am a dialysis Patient and I needed to go to the restroom before leaving. I placed my basket in the usual spot out of the way and went to the restroom. Got home and noticed an item is missing. Please check your security cameras to see who stole my pink Vince Camino turtleneck sweater. I was wearing a white sweater with a navy blue stripe and black pants with a lavender hair wrap. Had no issues scheduling and getting tires replaced. Very reasonable price and friendly staff. Our issue is that they left a very large scratch in one of our black rims. Spoke with the manager after it happened and we’re told to let them know how much it was to fix and they’d reimburse us. We sent the quote for the rim to the manager as requested and have not heard anything back or been given instructions on what to do. This is a $1300 rim they have ruined. If they are able to help us get this fixed, I will gladly update my review.”
