Good meat selection. Shelves were well stocked. Products were date rotated however, the shelves were dusty. Concrete and parking lot need cleaning. Staff friendly and helpful.”

“I love that it is easy to get in and out by my work. I usually have them mail my prescriptions but I had some I couldn't wait on so I stopped by. Sometimes the line is long and it takes a while. It is not very private when you are giving your info but it is convenient. They have now made the whole bigger so they can hand you your meds rather than walk them around and through the door.”

“Update: went up in person to fill out the claim information on Wednesday and already have payment from their claims department! Very smooth process and very appreciate of them being so quick to make this right for us! Had no issues scheduling and getting tires replaced. Very reasonable price and friendly staff. Our issue is that they left a very large scratch in one of our black rims. Spoke with the manager after it happened and we’re told to let them know how much it was to fix and they’d reimburse us. We sent the quote for the rim to the manager as requested and have not heard anything back or been given instructions on what to do. This is a $1300 rim they have ruined. If they are able to help us get this fixed, I will gladly update my review.”

“The people are very nice and helpful. My only complaint is the inconsistent hours. open at 10 on Sunday, 8 on weekdays, 9 on Saturday with similar inconsistent closing times. Closing at 5pm on Saturday is ridiculous. Hy-Vee in general is one of my favorite businesses but the pharmacy hours seem small town.”

“I usually enjoy shopping at this Sam’s Club. But for some reason one of my items I purchased through scan n go was stolen this afternoon from my basket after I paid. I am a dialysis Patient and I needed to go to the restroom before leaving. I placed my basket in the usual spot out of the way and went to the restroom. Got home and noticed an item is missing. Please check your security cameras to see who stole my pink Vince Camino turtleneck sweater. I was wearing a white sweater with a navy blue stripe and black pants with a lavender hair wrap. And I’m multiracial brown lady. Thanks for your help.”

“Open 24 hrs. Was able to get meds at 4am after my visit to the ER. There was only 1 person working the pharmacy so it took longer to wait for the meds than being seen in the ER. Prices are much cheaper elsewhere for self pay but just thankful they were open because I was in severe pain and needed my meds so for a little extra money is worth it. I did have an issue trying to get meds switch from 1 location to another location with in their system. Due to it being narcotics. Ended up going back to the ER to have the Dr cancel the original script and redo it at the right Walgreens.”

“I have to come to this store at least once a week. Most of my interactions are enjoyable. Pharmacy is on top of everything ran through the app or if I have a physical prescription they have it filled pretty fast. Employees always seem to be busy and working stock. I imagine this store does a very high volume. Pick up orders are also very fast. Always filled quickly and someone is always around to get it for me. Bathrooms are always spotless. Employees take care of the customers. I have seen them doing photos up front while running a register and customers asking a million questions. Store is clean but coolers look very old. Coupons add up quick and save a nice amount of money on things I need from CVS.”
