Shelves were well stocked. Products were date rotated however, the shelves were dusty.
Concrete and parking lot need cleaning.

“Quick & easy to get in, get prescriptions & get out. This is literally just a very small entrance area room, industrial type feel, very small area, to get your prescription & leave. No items for sale like any other pharmacy. No drive thru, no seating, no bathrooms, no arra yo hang out at all.”

“Best experience with an infusion pharmacy. I received a call from the pharmacist each week prior to refilling my prescription or if there was a change to the script. Delivery was very prompt, and any of supplies I needed were delivered too.”
“The people are very nice and helpful. My only complaint is the inconsistent hours. open at 10 on Sunday, 8 on weekdays, 9 on Saturday with similar inconsistent closing times. Closing at 5pm on Saturday is ridiculous. Hy-Vee in general is one of my favorite businesses but the pharmacy hours seem small town.”
“Update: went up in person to fill out the claim information on Wednesday and already have payment from their claims department! Very smooth process and very appreciate of them being so quick to make this right for us!
Had no issues scheduling and getting tires replaced. Very reasonable price and friendly staff. Our issue is that they left a very large scratch in one of our black rims. Spoke with the manager after it happened and we’re told to let them know how much it was to fix and they’d reimburse us. We sent the quote for the rim to the manager as requested and have not heard anything back or been given instructions on what to do. This is a $1300 rim they have ruined. If they are able to help us get this fixed, I will gladly update my review.”

“I usually enjoy shopping at this Sam’s Club. But for some reason one of my items I purchased through scan n go was stolen this afternoon from my basket after I paid. I am a dialysis Patient and I needed to go to the restroom before leaving. I placed my basket in the usual spot out of the way and went to the restroom. Got home and noticed an item is missing. Please check your security cameras to see who stole my pink Vince Camino turtleneck sweater. I was wearing a white sweater with a navy blue stripe and black pants with a lavender hair wrap. And I’m multiracial brown lady. Thanks for your help.”

“The bathroom here has been "out of order" for weeks on end. Not sure what the issue is. On a positive note, this was the only passport photo place we found that used a white screen backround which was required for a Visa application to a South American country. The backgrounds at the CVS and UPS store were not white enough--we learned the hard way after submitting the Visa application.”

“I needed some items so went to CVS this morning. I was greeted cordially when I walked through the front door. I was extremely glad that everything was so clearly marked. The prices were excellent. The store was clean and organized making it easy to find the products that I needed. At time of checkout I had questions and was helped by Jennifer who was knowledgeable and kind. I will certainly go back to this CVS soon. It was a delightful experience.”
