Today was the first day I stopped into WinPro. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted and asked if they could help me with anything. With this being my first time there, it was greatly appreciated.
You don't feel like a stranger there.
They recently rescued a little turtle name Picasso. Stop by, make a purchase, have good conversation, and say hi to Picasso.

Top-notch customer service. I called to ask about purchasing a vacuum and Coleman asked the right questions to lead me to the possibility of repairing our broken vacuums. I didn't know they offered repair services!
When I went to drop off the vacuums, he was personable and attentive, and loaned me a vacuum to use in the meantime. Strongly recommend for all your janitorial supplies.

I've been in the Jan San business for over forty years. Most of those years WinPro and I were connected in some way. Sometimes even as competitors but my respect was always there. Hal and his family were always great folks to know. Even though we did compete they would always answer the call when I was in need. Professional and ethical are the words that come to mind. If you are in the Jan San business you probably already know the name, diverse product lines, great machine lines and of course a first rate sales team. Now headed up by Kathi Mullen the company has new ownership that continues the trends that made it a premier supplier. Being a woman owned business and having the savvy of the years at WinPro I'm sure the company will find growth and new products to keep all of us on the cutting edge of this industry and moving forward. I wish them continued success.

Great customer service! Went in today not knowing specifically what I needed to get started cleaning commercial windows & came out with high quality products AND tips/pointers to get me going. They were very knowledgeable about the products they carry & how to use them. Prices were very reasonable & they helped me pick just what I needed without the pressure to buy everything they carried. When I need new blades or rags, I know where to find them! Thanks for the help Winpro!
