Terrible. Scheduled delivery did not come nor was I notified that my product never left the facility. I called to get an understanding of what is going on…explanation I got was “ohh it’s not on the route” I even told them I would go to the warehouse for pickup…problem is customer care is overseas and can’t actually do anything to help. RXO solution is “we can reschedule for a week from now.
As the business owner, If I failed on a scheduled delivery I would jump through any hoops to ensure delivery…guess not

Fast, reliable, and professional. They messaged and called about a half hour before delivery inside our 4 hour delivery frame. When they arrived they were in and out within a half hour, removing old washer and dryer and installing new! I told my husband we aren’t buying used appliances again after such a smooth process!

The automated tracking was excellent keeping us up to date on the delivery time and the two delivery guys were friendly and efficient with the loading and unloading process.

They handled some large Ikea deliveries, and it was excellent service. Courteous, great communication about arrival time, everything in good condition.

The delivery guys were very courteous and kind. My peloton bike was delivered without a power cord. The driver said he sometimes has extras in his truck. He went and looked and he did have one. He gave it to me so that I did not have to wait to have one delivered. I felt like he went above and beyond. I would highly recommend!

Had a GREAT delivery experience with these guys! Ordered some bookcases from IKEA and all of the items that we ordered arrived on time and in perfect condition. 100/10 - they did excellent! Delivered it right to my door.
