Was pretty iffy about going to this store considering my last experience here a while back wasn’t too great… I went in yesterday and was so surprised to have the best experience the sales representative that helped me was Alissa Mendoza and she was so professional and very helpful about everything! I've heard that the store is under new management, so I went to go see what all the fuss was about and I love it. They are so professional and some of the nicest people I’ve ever done business with. Alejandra helped me find the perfect table for my mother and she loved it!

Rude and unprofessional. Had someone I knew work there. They take bug infested items bug bomb them hoping the bugs are gone then wipe it down, and put it back on the floor with the minimal discount. Been in there while they sit and talk trash on customers in front of everyone. Extremely disappointed in the liberal store.

Horrible business I have bought and paid for 2 fridges a stove, sectional, 2 tvs, 3 sets of washer and dryers. Never before has living a hour away been a issue now they want to charge me 150 because I am not happy with a purchase. Wanted to trade because not satisfied willing to pay a extra month but why do you want to charge 150 for delivery will never do business here again

Worst manager service ever ! Store owner only buys cheap furniture that aren't made well. She is rude and I over heard her talk bad about people & she constantly would interrupt the employee that was helping me . I was told not to buy from there due to bedbugs .

The worst service I've ever experienced. The staff seems incompetent and inexperienced in sales or customer service. Have had nothing but issues with the TV I got since I first got it. The repair guy that came by couldn't even fix tv. Then with out my consent they think it's ok to take extra money from my account. Will never do business with this place again and hope all other people avoid this place. Save your time, mental state, and money people. Just go to another rental place like RAC. Aaron's will do nothing for you except add stress to your life. Will charging outrageous price for faulty products
