Every time I need something or have a problem in my apartment, she has helped me and provided excellent service. The maintenance team is very good and responsible.”
“Convenient, all inclusive apartment complex in Liberal. Owners recently invested substantial amounts of money in apartment and laundromat remodels. Ability to pay rent via credit/debit card with their tenant portal.”
“The owner is quick to fix issues you notify him about. The apartment is very basic and no dishwasher. It was nice that it comes with a full sized washer and dryer. The units are older and weathered, but are secure. Good location, close to what Liberal has. Safe area to walk most dog, just always be on the lookout for stray dogs as Liberal has a big issue with those.”
