“Rented a car from Hertz, ended up not being fully serviced for a long road trip, ended up getting helped by the local Franchise Hertz manager (bc corporate was trash) who suggested these guys. All three gentlemen helped us and made our very frustrating situation into a pleasant end of a two hour long phone conversation with corporate.
