But he has the tendency to talk real fast. Sometimes he needs to slow his speech down just a bit. And he's also switching to more remote services”
“Very good customer service. They answered all my questions, explained purchase options, even showed me everything about the washer I wanted, including how much water would be filled by the load. I know many machines today are not filling up enough to properly clean clothes and I don't like that. It's why I am renting my machine to try it out before I buy, as I want my clothes CLEAN. Tomorrow, I will be receiving the washer for the 2 week trial, I picked a 2nd washer to try if I am not happy with the first one. I am glad that they have this option because when my washer went out 4 weeks ago I went thru hell, being lied to by a sales person at another store, just to make a sale. Aaron’s is refreshing, they have no trouble with try it before you buy it. Looking forward for a great relationship with Aaron’s for many years to come.”
