“This is a good motel hiding its light. The room we booked (king bed) is large, comfortable and well furnished. And I love that they use real mugs and glasses, not paper and plastic. It's comfortable and the host is friendly. And I was thrown back to my teenage years by the joss stick burning at reception: such a welcoming smell. If you stay here, you get 80s comfort: it feels relaxed, not plastic-modern. You also get a fridge, microwave, aircon and space. We loved it.”

She treated our daughter and our family with such respect. Also the breakfast is the best I have ever had at a hotel. This place is 5 stars all the way. Book ”

“I travel between Texas and South Dakota quite often, this was always my choice of hotel. It is nice and clean. However, the last stay we had my daughter took her Nintendo switch lite. I didn't call the hotel right away because I thought she had left it in the car. I have since detailed the van, mother has searched her house, and I have searched ours. When I called the hotel to see if they had it they said it wasn't found. Yet, someone has been playing it everyday consistently. I am 100% positive my daughter left her switch in the hotel room. I do not mess around when hotels keep belongings for themselves. I have switched to the Best Western in town and will not switch back to the Comfort Inn. If they are not going to look at their schedules and discipline whoever cleaned our room I don't want to risk anymore items being kept as trophies.”

“Booked a room through Choice. Inadvertently room was booked at the wrong location. Went back and forth with Choice and the hotel about cancelling. Waited for the following day to speak with the hotel manager. After explaining the mix up all was resolved. Thanks to the manager for providing excellent professional customer service.”
