the you g lady at the front desk was very nice when we came in. the building is a little old and you can tell but it was clean. my only complaint was that after driving from flagstaff my and my friends were really ready for a shower. we got in at about 1 am and when we turned the shower on only little drops came out. we didnt tell the front desk u til we were leaving because it was so late we just wanted to sleep and hit the road in the morning. y sure we would have been accommodated if i had mentioned it to them before leaving.

Booked a room through Choice. Inadvertently room was booked at the wrong location. Went back and forth with Choice and the hotel about cancelling. Waited for the following day to speak with the hotel manager. After explaining the mix up all was resolved. Thanks to the manager for providing excellent professional customer service.

The owner of this Quality Inn is also the owner of Motel 6 where I rented a room for one night. next day , in the morning By 6am the room had no heat. I contacted the front office and let them know. , I asked them if they wanted to check it out, they responded no,only one person was at the front desk on quality inn , and not one was in the Motel 6 office and the doors were closed.them I , 100% on a joking way, told to the person in the office that I felt like they owed me breakfast,( motel 6 don have breakfast, quality INN, yes) , I never asked for money back, and he said yes, come and grab a couple of sandwiches, I said thanks.That's what I did, and I even ate one of them sitting there. I returned to my room and stayed there until approximately 10:30am and then left. waiting to see if someone go and check the heat on the room, everything good so far.At sunset I had to choose to return to the hotel, because my truck was not ready. and once again I returned to Motel 6, which is where I almost always rent, wherever I need lodging.Approximately 10 minutes after entering to my room , the owner of both hotels call me to accuse me that I owed him 20 dollars for the two sandwiches that they had given me free due to the lack of heating. because according to him the heat was OK.honestly I would have gladly given them to him, if it weren't for the rude, aggressive, and obscene way in which he referred to me.I paid them two nights at 70 dollars a night, in a hotel that is not even the shoe of the Motel super 8 that is on the other side of the street,the motel 6 and the quality INN are practically empty, due to the poor quality of the rooms.and I was treated like a thief or a criminal.This is my story and this is my observation.some people, usually say that the thief judges by his conditionand it's true. people of bad faith, selfish, not honest, act in this way, to obtain advantages over another. and they judge others as if all people were equal to themAmerica is changing, many people come from other countries with money, to impose their ways of life and behavior on us, because that is what they learned there,and they think that here we are like that.Human values, such as honesty, sincerity, have begun to become another word in the dictionary.so , you can avoid a possible bad time, and can enjoy all the comforts that the city of Liberal, KS offers.Just avoiding these two hotels, it is not worth spending a penny in a place where they do not appreciate you as a client or guest. what for ?to save yourself about 5 or 10 dollars, which is the difference between a despicable and smelly place, where from the moment you arrive they look at you like a filthy rat because they think they are superior since they are owners of two hotels,and de cost of any other hotel in the city.I recommend the entire city of Liberal, KS to take back the city and replace American values. The best thing this country has are the people who live on it , and we don't need someone from another planet wanting to come and impose their " different "methods of life on us.Do not use these two hotels, these owners need to learn to appreciate every penny they earn, because that money comes from people who earn it with the sweat of their work.Don't use these hotels and let's teach them that respect, appreciation, consideration, and customer satisfaction are not just words.Don't waste your time and money supporting a business that doesn't appreciate us.

Another person first put us in a room that smelled funny with smoke & the refrigerator wasn't working. I needed one to put my meds that I have to keep refrigerated. The front desk lady switched us to another room instead. That room she switched us to worked out better. ??Walkability: Liked that our car was outside our window & closer access to load & unload luggage.

This is an older motel and our room used to have an outdoor entrance. That has been secured but not removed. The room also had 2 doors that were originally used to join 2 different rooms. We good hear the man in the next room coughing, talking etc.

Nice place. The room was clean. I didn't like where they wanted trucks to be parked. It was a mud pit out back. I kept my truck in the parking lot, which was plenty large enough.

Stayed one night.The room was clean and looked newly refurbished. We are an older couple and felt both comfortable and safe. It's an old motel and shows it ,outside trim and parking lot could use work. Would definitely stay again.Rooms: Our room was newly refurbished. Only the carpet was outdated.Noteworthy details: Looks like they are updating. Management was friendly .

The staff was unimpressing. The room was neat, but not really clean. There was two used bars of soap on the top of the shower. The desk chair looked like it was pulled from the dumpster. The TV screen was half faded. Location is great, right off the highway, but clearly no one cares about this hotel.
