Lazy incompetent workers. I could be waiting all day for a package just to be told to pick it up in person after their building already closed. Workers also throw packages over fence without even bothering to knock on door.

They hold the door at 4:55 pm and say theyre closed in such a rude manner.im a paying customer im not asking you to do your job for free.Just because you are usps and everyone needs you to get mail delivered does not give your employees a right to treat people poorly.Do better or quit your job.

The carrier is too lazy to get out of the van and put my packages in the drop box provided for packages. The ones they can fit in my box are sometimes too big to come through the door on my side!
