These guys were the only ones to offer advice and guidance without me coming in (so they can make a bit of money). The lady I spoke with offered symptoms to look for and after care advice without ever asking me for anything. She even called me back after consulting with who I assume was a/the lead vet with a bit of extra info from him/her on what to watch for and when to seek care on my dog who ingested rat poison.
All without asking me for anything even my name. They truly put pet's health before financial gain. Thank you team for the peace of mind and offer of help that others wanted me to pay for without even hearing out the situation.”
