The last 3 or 4 times, the last Thursday 2/15/2024 I was in the store - was very unhappy with the young Spanish guy at the register!Asked for a raincheck - he had no idea what that was! I also wanted to buy some purfume. Had no Keyes! Said locks were broke. Had no idea when they would be fixed!!

While attempting to print photos from my phone, the clerk couldn't find a jack that would stay connected. The issue could have been with my phone.I then made a return trip with my SD card adapter and was able to find and print my photos without any further difficulty.Staff were pleasant and helpful.

Some of the staff here have severe mental health issues. I was waiting at the register to load money onto my card and who I’m assuming is the manager came up to the cashier, didn’t greet me or ask if I needed help with anything. Just started pushing some buttons on the cashier so I assumed she was doing something else with the register and a cashier would show up. I take my phone out to text and wait on a cashier and a few seconds later I look up and the one I assumed was the manager was just cold staring at me like she was annoyed I was looking at my phone. She didn’t say excuse me can I help you in the beginning and just ignored me that’s why I assumed she was the manager doing something else with the cash register but as soon as I get on my phone she’s ready to attend and doesn’t say anything just cold staring me. What goes through these peoples minds. This girl looked extremely disturbed and angry.I miss the good ol days of common courtesy and good customer service. Nowadays employees are super rude and look at you like they want to rip your face off just for shopping at the store they work in.

Pharmacy hours are not convenient. This is the only Walgreens I’ve been to that you cannot get your script filled on the weekend or pick a script up after 6pm. This is the last time I use Walgreens for medication.

The store is almost empty, looks like is closing, shelves most of the time are empty, and some of the employees are not exactly friendly.

I think it’s ridiculous that you guys are closed on the weekends there’s only three pharmacies in this little town, Everyone ends up going to Walmart just because they’re the ones close the latest.

It is the Spring of 2022. This pharmacy has not improved at all since I moved in the spring of 2015. The pharmacy needs to take several customer services classes. Or hey, just watch the employees on the floor. They are amazing!

Thank you to the nice lady that was good enough to inform me that my prescription would save me about $40+ dollars if I got it filled next door at Dillons. I really appreciate that they are looking out for their customers even though they didn’t get the sale today, but I will be back to shop here tomorrow. Also, this is a very nice and clean store too.

I didn't know that the pharmacy closes for lunch. So i had too wait for them to return. The service was great took us awhile to sort through do mess (insurance) but they were patient and understanding ?
