“⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
An extraordinary talent and an even more extraordinary human being. This photographer’s work is nothing short of breathtaking—his gallery is superb, filled with images that tell powerful stories with depth, grace, and emotion. Knowing he has worked with National Geographic comes as no surprise; his eye for beauty, composition, and truth is remarkable. Beyond his talent, he is humble, kind, and genuine. A rare combination of artistry and character. Truly grateful to have experienced his work!”
“Beautiful museum - small but packed with really lovely works of art by Swedish born American Landscape artist, Birger Sandzén. The museum is located in the cute town of Lindsborg, Kansas, and was settled by Swedish immigrants. It is on the way from Texas to Colorado. This gem of a museum is worth a stop if you love post impressionist style paintings and woodcuts and linocuts! Also, very friend staff!”

“This is an absolute must-visit, especially for any one of Scandinavian heritage! We stopped by Hemslöjd on a cross-country roadtrip and had the best time looking around at all the Swedish treasures. My grandma’s twin sister owned a Swedish import business in Minnesota and used to come to Hemslöjd yearly because this is the gold standard in the US for Scandinavian imports. The staff were so incredibly kind and helpful - we even got to practice our Swedish a bit - and their workshop in the back is mesmerizing! You can watch their artist create and customize Dala horse signs, similarly to the Dala shops in Dalarna, Sweden. ??
Lindsborg is so charming as well! Highly recommend spending some time walking around the downtown area and admiring all the Dala horse signs on the houses and huge, beautifully painted Dala horses on the street corners. So fun to spend some time in this beautiful little town and shop at Hemslöjd for fun, authentic Scandinavian goods! ? ?”
“This was such a fun experience! Interesting to learn about a local artist and his life. Our tour guide, Samantha was amazing! Highly recommend checking this place out!”
