Very very rude. You could tell they were both annoyed by us being in there. No burritos and unwilling to make some. You might as well take the Allsups logo off the building.

Stopped in at 10:19 PM on a Thursday night on our way home from a sporting event. The young man working didn’t even look up from his phone to greet us. Both restrooms were also “out of order.” I felt like we were inconveniencing the employee by just being in the store. I also don’t think the restrooms were out of order. I think that the employee didn’t want to clean them at the end of his shift. When we got back to the car, the other party we were with said the same thing.
This was our halfway stop for snacks and restroom breaks for our 2+ hour road trip there and back. We stopped on our way, spent $36 on food and drinks and were so disappointed this evening.

I always get treated rudely by the same people. Customer service is garbage 90% of the time. The service was better about 6 months ago when they hired some nice, younger kids. Now it’s back to rude cashiers.

Fairly recently got basically all new hires and can say other reviews about the rude lady is no more a problem. Had dealt with her too so understandable. Recommend this place regularly to whomever asks me, once again!

This place was decent when it was kaps, now it is so awful and disgusting. Rude gal working. She had 2 guy friends in there talking with her. The f word was flying out of all of their mouths like crazy. My son is 6 and even with him in there, they didn't care. We won't be back.

I want to recommend them because I appreciated them sponsoring the kandango bicycle ride. The last two times we've been in there the service at the counter has been horribly slow. Take a lesson from QuikTrip and have plenty of employees!

Very rude register gal. Short with glasses blonde, seemed be a bad day at first then multiple times of her just being rude. Saying whatever and snarly when asked about my yes way card saying she knew nothing. Won't go again when this lady is working for sure!

Kaps owned it before and it was decent, now most of the good stuff is gone, no more Hunts brother's pizza / wings, no more cheese / pepper for the pizza, they raised the price drastically of phillies cigars and got rid of numerous special things they had that made it worth going.
