Had to go in the verify my identity and the old man at the desk was in such a hurry not to help me that he has delayed me from getting $2500 all because he thought before asking if I had everything needed. Now I dunno how I’m going to get it done

The mail carrier who assisted us couldn't answer any questions as to when package would arrive, why if paying the faster shipping fee our package was still labeled as arriving late, and on top of that he was rude/aggressive after my husband left the office. So disappointed that our local office is ran this way.

The employees there are attentive, helpful and courteous. Best experience I've had by far dealing with a government agency.
