Ok I get I'm only 12 but I think Casey's is good there pizza is awesome and they only have my favorite mints and gum and service is good I have met some employees that were helpful and kind and they have restocked each time I go there and I like Casey's.

Stopped in at 12:30 PM on a Thursday, there is no hot food made and available for purchase. Three employees standing in the kitchen, talking and joking with each other not making food. The woman at the front register was pleasant however. Needs better management.

Stopped this morning to get a cappucino. Wandered around the store trying to find the cappuccino machine. The store was dirty, several beverage machines with signs saying "broken", finally found the cappucino machine which dispensed clear water. Settled on iced tea instead, lid dispensers broken, can't find straws. Meanwhile, 4 employees standing behind the counter talking the entire time I was there who never asked if I needed any help. Got to my car and took a sip of my tea only to find out it was just brown slightly flavored water.

Stopped to get gas and put air in my tires, to my shock they want charge you a dollar 75 for air won't be back.

Well, won't be back here but it seems ya'll probably wouldn't care anyway.Ordered a large sausage pizza, and a large half BEEF, half cheese.Got the pizza and opened it, it was half sausage, half cheese. Went in to talk to them about the mistake and the dude just said "yeah we don't have beef".... my dude you can't just substitute stuff we PAID FOR without asking or telling us! So we had to wait a total of over 30 minutes total for him to make a now all cheese (don't meat toppings cost more?) ? ... the audacity. Poor customer service.

Went in and tried to pre pay for fuel cashier stayed outside for 30 minutes talking to her friends completely ignored us we and 2 other people ended up leaving u guys should really drug test ur employees the caisher was smoked

Could be worse bit definately could be better. The restrooms are clean. Customer service doesn't seem to be a priority unfortunately. Depends on the evening it is better or worse.
