I was with my previous bank for 30 years. They were looking at coming into the new age with automated systems that then made their customer service go into the toilet. Spent hours on the phone trying to get to a human. When I heard First Bank expects their team to answer the phone by the third ring and provide the best customer service possible, I switched. Just like that. First Bank has all the innovation without the loss of the people touch.

When I saw the reviews talk about their hours, honestly, I didn't get it. I can bank from anywhere at anytime with their online banking. I don't have to leave home to cash a check or pay bills. AND, when I struggle with any technology their people walked me through each step. I graduated from Lyons High School and know they invest in their community, including scholarships! Great job First Bank!

I have banked w First Bank for 28 years and they have always taken care of all my needs! My whole family chooses to bank w First Bank and we love that they are always striving to help the community!
