No Liquid Death 2 for 3??? What a shame. If this place had a bit quicker checkout or another cashier during lunch-rush hour I could give it a higher rating.Bathrooms are not always clean either. They need attention at least 3 times a day since people pee all over the place in there...

Alright store. But some of their employees think they can take whatever tender/money they want to. Kid was complaining about taking change.

Aright, I’ll keep this direct. Every time I’m in the store, there’s always some major problem. Either they’re out of tea, the floors are disgusting or the cashiers are too busy talking, eating or playing on their phones to do anything. My interaction on 06/13/2021 was by far one of the worst. I told the cashier they were out of tea and they needed more so I could get one, as I brought my cups up with me to pay for two drinks. She gave me my total and didn’t say anything else. I told her as I was walking away that I’d be back for my tea when it was ready. She served some customers and time passed, about 2 or 3 minutes, only for her to yell out to me “We’re out of tea”. Yeah, you’re out, I’m waiting for you to make more. “No, we’re out in the whole store. We don’t have any more teabags.” She then told me she only charged me for an ice cup and didn’t hear me say I was getting a tea. She admitted to being on “autopilot, just going through the motions” and that she hadn’t made tea during her whole shift, despite being there for 4 hours, and that they make tea every 4 to 6 hours and that the current tea batch was made by THIRD SHIFT. Apparently all of first shift and half of second hadn’t made tea all day. No sign was placed on the urn either. She then said they didn’t get any on their truck. I didn’t get a refund for the drink or anything, which isn’t a big deal, but the attitude, excuses, laziness and blatant admittance of not paying attention to the customer is my issue. This is why I drive a mile down the road to the other Kwik Shop or even further to QT despite living a block away from this one. It’s trash.

The hours on Google specify 6 AM to 12 AM. If you show up at 11:50 PM, don't plan on them being open because when I showed up at 11:50 PM to quickly use their ATM, the doors were locked and the doors were also blocked by large trash can cabinets. An employee inside, directly behind the doors, easily heard me say, "Are you guys open? It's not midnight yet." She looked up and me and then walked away.

Invalid loyalty prevented ANY gas purchase

They still can’t seem to fix their Dillons loyalty card for gas. It has been months. You can’t change any selection. I will continue to drive down the street to Sam’s club.

If I could give them negative stars I would!!!! 27 mins trying to get gas! Are you freaking kidding me! Every employee here is incompetent. From the manager to the counter employees. The pumps never work nor do the call buttons outside. They are aware of it but never let anyone know. Then when you go in there to pre pay they treat you like absolute garbage. They are never in a hurry for anything and usually make you wait until they are done with their conversations to ring you up. Asking simple questions is like pulling teeth and the only response you get is, we already know.... I wish Maize would build another gas station IN town and put them out of business!!!!!

Pumps always out of order or in semi-working condition. Always an ordeal getting gas. Been like this for months!

This place keeps ripping me off because they won’t fix the alternate ID at the diesel pump, keep making me tell them how much I’m going to pre-pay, and then I don’t get anything back on my card. FIX YOUR MACHINE!

Usually a decent spot. Some of the employees need to work on their people skills. You shouldn't feel like your an inconvenience to the cashiers day. One got snappy with me because I told her I wanted the other pack of cigarettes (because she grabbed the wrong one). Not my issue and it shouldn't feel like its mine either.
