The gentleman behind the counter was very friendly to everyone. He was helpful and efficient, not just on my transaction, but for the two other customers who came in while I filled out paperwork.

James is my favorite counter postal worker. He is always positive with a welcome Hello when entering the post office. He is knowledgeable and polite and leaves everyone with the impression that he loves his job!
