The only reason I’m giving it a 2 is 2 of the employees I interacted with were great , polite and helpful. The man I had the misfortune of dealing with was as unprofessional as they come. I had come in to rent a U-Haul cargo van. There was former State basketball player who came up to the counter shortly after I did. When he walked up to the counter no one else existed. Your employee went on to bash his wife as a money grubbing woman. Actually bashing all women in general as his rant went on. He ignored me until the his hero worshiping was over, after the basketball player left. He went on to misquote the cost of mileage as he was still going on about the basketball player. When I came back to return my bill was almost $40 higher. Needless to say I will go elsewhere.

1st time in. We were renting a Uhaul pickup. They were very busy but, still got to us quickly. Several staff walked by us in line asking if they could help us. Store seemed jam packed with products yet clean and organized.

I was in and out of here very quick and in the 10 minutes I was in there, for my first visit to this location, I had 3 employees ask if I needed assistance and was able to direct me to each item I was looking for. The cashier was so friendly while actively trying to multi-task which I can appreciate and took no offense to at all. I appreciate their diligence and effort!

I walked in here today, looking for some help making keys and I wasn’t even acknowledged until after being there for 20 minutes. We asked if we can receive help over at the key station and they told me that they were all unfortunately busy. which is strange to me because the people that arrived before us were helped, and then the employee walked to the back of the shop nowhere to be found for 20 minutes. Thanks for the help Ace Hardware, I won’t bother coming back for any of my needs.

Tried renting a trailer from this Ace. They were unhelpful in person not knowing what or when equipment would be available. I ended up reserving an trailer online. When I arrived to pickup the contracted reservation they said the equipment was unavailable. They gave me no timeline of when one would be available. Disregarded my signed contract with them. Ended up having to go to another location and spend an extra 2 hours of total drive time.

We rented a U-Haul in another town to be dropped off at this location. The starting location gave us a truck without a full tank of gas and assured us that as long as we filled the tank up to the level which we received it we would not be charged. The attendant that inspected the vehicle marked the level incorrectly in the system and we ended up with a significant fuel charge. I’m a little disappointed that he couldn’t attempt to correct his mistake when I asked about it.
