Shady practices went in to reinstate my ATT service after a deployment, they added a 17$ a month "insurance" plan without ever asking or telling me, and I never had it in the over decade of service with ATT.

If I had any sense, I would’ve came to the store instead of ever calling customer service. They had me In-N-Out in about five minutes and I was on the phone for about three days straight trying to fix the exact same problem. They fixed in store in five minutes the gentleman were amazing, helpful knowledgeable. Everything I needed.

I went in with my cranky toddler and my mother to change phone plans from a different company so I fully expected this to go about as poorly as possible. However, much to my surprise it was easily the best experience I have ever had in a phone store. They made it easy everyone was funny and so friendly. My mom and I both left the store and said that was probably the first time we have ever had fun in a phone store. Overall glad we made the switch, but also that if we need to go into the store for anything we feel like we can without it being a huge hassle or frustration it’s no longer a chore we have to do

I have an Apple IPhone and was at my wits end. I haven’t been able to receive calls from anyone - even my emergency contacts for the last three weeks.
I missed 3 calls over the course of a week that were very important. I tried unsuccessfully to correct the problem myself. Then I called Apple Support and the call dropped. They tried to call me back and … duh, the call went straight to hell (voicemail) like all my calls and the number shown was only for outbound calls.
I went to AT&T in Manhattan and in less than 1 minute - ONE MINUTE - my phone was receiving phone calls.
I’d been in Ireland for two weeks before my iPhone started its shenanigans. AT&T Manhattan reset my network settings and voila, my iPhone was working again. Apple Support missed this but AT&T Manhattan didn’t.
They are incredibly brilliant! The woman (sorry, I can’t remember her name) who waved her magic wand and solved my dilemma has been to multiple Apple workshops and knew what to do. She did what an Apple technician who had been in my iPhone remotely couldn’t do.
Thank you so very much! As technology becomes more convoluted it’s nice to know someone is ahead of the game.

I would not recommend Att or the Manhattan location on the east side across from Walmart for any help or respect to customer. My experience in this store left me hating Att. Inexperienced personnel, manager not caring to take a moment to ask if I could wait as he was busy , not just telling an associate to tell me I’d had to wait thirty minutes or more just to see him. Inconsiderate is the nicest way to put my experience into words. I was sent away to have my phone fixed at Best Buy by one of the associates yet I have paid
My insurance on that phone and being told be Best Buy it would cost me $95. I called your main company to which I was told your people gave me incorrect guidance . So I paid that money out because someone there did not take the time to look up my information on the computer to see I was covered. I came back to the store after dealing with Best Buy to talk but I was basically ignored about the what I had been through and what had transpired. You had one kind lady there who wanted to help but you as manager would not take just one moment to say you understand and if I had a few minutes you would address my concerns which would have taken about the same amount of time it took you to tell your associate to tell me you wouldn’t be able to see me before at least thirty minutes. Which left me asking, how would you have felt and reacted if I was in your position and you were in mine and I treated you the way you and you place of business treated me? You are an awful manager to show so little regard for a customer. I’ve read some of your reviews and it shows you pick and choose to whom you decide to show common courtesy and total disregard . I feel your actions are not indicative of a good and fair manager . Treat everyone fairly and with the same respect as if it was you needing help. Disappoint is what I feel with att

Everyone was so nice and helpful! I got helped my multiple staff, mainly someone named Bailey (might have spelled her name wrong), and they made sure I left with all my needs met and even a couple laughs. 10/10 would recommend

I want to say thank you to the manager, Chris. As soon as I stepped into the store, I received a warm welcome from him and his staff. After waiting a few minutes because all the staff were with other customers, he called me over to a table to help me out. I wanted to change my phone plan and add a new line. He was asking me questions and was making sure I was going to the correct plan. Not once did I feel pressured to upgrade my plan nor felt pressured to buy a new phone. He did an amazing job helping me out. He also took the time to verify that I was receiving all the credits I was able to receive. He found one credit that could be applied to my account to help reduce the total on my bill. Because of Chris’s exceptional customer service and willingness to assist me, I will be back to this store. Again, thank you for all your help.

Kudos to Mr. Zach Pielsticker. I went to the store for an upgrade and his help was terrific. He was communicative and positive all the time. He helped me get a new phone with a new number and transferred all my contacts. All done in a comfortable store environment. Good vibes. I recommend going to the 100 Bluemont Ave store for your AT&T needs and asking for Zach.
