Completely stereotypical parts guys. Completely confused by anything not OEM. Manger couldn't even bother to look up from his counts just said cand help you we dont have it. NAPA down the street found it in under 10 minutes looked up the part number on AutoZones website says they have 10 in stock. SMH pathetic and lazy don't waist your time.

Excellent service. Don’t remember the name of the gentleman who helped me, but he had a goatee and gauged ears. He was very helpful and friendly and professional. I would definitely recommend coming here.

I came in with a dead battery with warranty and the folks here had me in and out with a new battery in less than 20 mins. It was freezing cold out but they still were extremely kind and efficient.

With all of our extremely cold weather my car battery died multiples times before I made it into Autozone. When I finally got it in Jennifer, was able to help me test my car battery where we found out it had gone bad. As this battery was under warranty she was able to get me a new battery and put it in easily all within 20 minutes. I appreciated her help, knowledgeability, and kindness through this whole ordeal. I would recommend Autozone and Jennifer to anyone who needs car help.

Earlier this week I went in looking to buy a replacement light bulb for my tail light. I had done some research but didn’t realize that I needed to take out the old one to know exactly which bulb needed to be replaced. So in the windy, dark night I was fiddling around trying to take the light apart. Manuel saw me having trouble and offered his help. Excellent, trustworthy service - thanks again!

Jennifer is without a doubt the most amazing person I have ever encountered at any business I have gone to. She went above and beyond in a way that isn’t common these days and gained a lifelong customer for this store because of it. Not only did she help me with getting my daughter a new battery, but while this incredible woman was putting the new one in, it started raining pretty heavily and she still continued to install the battery and was just honestly the kindest and most helpful person possible. She is an absolute asset to this company and I am sure she will continue to help this location grow due to her amazing personality. I really can’t say enough positive things about my experience there and with Jennifer specifically. She should be running multiple stores in my opinion with her customer service skill level. If you ever see this Jennifer, thank you again!

I appreciate that I am always able to either quickly purchase or order in 95% of the auto parts and accessories I've needed in the past few years. When possible and available, staff is happy to help with parts installations and diagnostics when dashes light up.

I called to make sure they had 2 seals for an axle replacement I'm working on. They told me they had 1 but the other could be over nighted. Come to find out they never ordered it. I then had to make an hour and a half round trip to Topeka for the other one. After replacing the CV axles I found out that they gave me the wrong seals causing more issues. Jennifer the manager was very professional but offered little to remedy the situation. Mistakes happen but 10 percent off of the parts that received damage due to the wrong seal was more of a slap in the face. The car is now at the shop because the transmission had lost most of the fluid and possibly has parts of the wrong seal in it. Double check the parts and part numbers they give you.

Caleb was incredibly professional on the phone and in the store. I called around town, comparing prices of batteries. After I called Auto Zone I immediately drove over here and got a new battery. Definitely a happy customer!
