Best Western Manhattan Inn is a great hotel with very friendly staff who are helpful, kind, and go above expectations to make stays enjoyable. The service is outstanding and attentive. Everyone from the general manager to the hotel staff were great. The hotel is very clean, comfortable, and well-maintained with spacious rooms and comfortable beds. It is a quiet hotel, though some note there is no elevator. The breakfast is good with an excellent selection and a wide variety of options, described as a phenomenal spread. Its location is close to tons of stuff and within walking distance to restaurants, Walmart, and other places. The area felt safe. Nearby activities like the Zipline at Wilderness Adventure Park are noted as loads of fun. While the hotel itself is nothing fancy, the excellent staff absolutely make this place worth the stay. Many guests would definitely stay here again and recommend it.

Maybe was for the season, but we had the hotel, breakfast buffet and the pool only for us. The service was excellent, from the desk to the janitor and cleaning always have a smile.

Very clean, excellent breakfast selection. Front desk were all super friendly! Quiet hotel, with spacious room. Bed was very tall, and firm, but it worked for a night! We would definitely stay here again!
