Avoid this career and especially this store in Manhattan. I went there to see why my sim doesn’t work on my unlocked phone. The person who was working there couldn’t speak English and was not helping at all. Finally she told me to either call boost, or pay 45 dollars for activation!!! I called boost mobile, and after one hour waiting/talking, they told me that they use three networks and my phone is only compatible with one of them and they can not switch mine to another network. So I cancelled and they did NOT refund me.

We have been with boost for a long while and they are amazing. Never had better support from a cell phone company. It's affordable too!

Do not buy a Boost phone. When you cancel service they refuse to unlock the phone even if you are the legitimate owner.
